I ordered the General Tsos Chicken and the Shrimp and broccoli. The Tsos was alright but the Shrimp and broccoli was bland. The issue isnt really with the food or cost but with what the driver told us. He said that it was too much trouble to drive to my house, it was a waste of $4 worth of gas to come out here. He told me that there were plenty of other places I could order that was closer. If it is so inconvenient for them to deliver then they should have called and canceled the order and they should not list my area among their delivery area. I will take his advice and order from somewhere else in the future.

THE WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE - EVER...i ordered online, first of all they took an hour to deliver just 2 items, and they r only located at a 10 mins drive from me...i couldnt drive that day so i got it delivered...then once the delivery guy gets here, he goes "please dont order from us again, we r too far, we have to drive too far", i was shocked, i called the place and told them about his attitude, and the lady on the phone simply brushed it off like it was nothing...food was actually decent, but ill never order from here again just becuz of that rudeness...

I ordered from here because I recently moved to the area and this is the one closest to my house. Big mistake!! The food was disgusting! And I hate to waste food but I took a few bites and threw the rest out. I ordered chicken with broccoli and it was very bland. It had no flavor. I also ordered fried chicken wings and they were burnt and had no flavor as well. The wings were unusually huge! Chicken wings should not be that big. My order came out to over $15. Definitely not worth it. A waste of money and now Im still hungry.

We hadnt known about the change, when we decided to eat out this afternoon. Its façade is old fashioned and charming. Wed been there a few years back. Stepping into the New Sing Bo was a great surprise for us. For years weve been looking on Staten Island for a moderately priced and delicious Chinese restaurant. We think weve finally found it at New Sing Bo. The Walnut Shrimp with broccoli and cream sauce was a delight. The Thai Fried Rice, mixed with fresh vegetables, shrimp, and chicken, made a grand companion dish.

Ive been eating at Sing Bo since I was a kid. I moved off of the island over a decade ago but still like to visit this old favorite. New owners since I left the island but food is still good and atmosphere reminds of when I was a kid. Sesame chicken is good as well as cashew chicken. Not greasy like some other places.

I dont understand the one review i live 10 minutes away also my food was here in 25 minutes and i order roast duck the best and very hot and crispy the way it should be cooked he should try it again and be a little nice to people who deliver u food

Ordered from here and they literally never showed up. Absolutely ridiculous. So infuriating to wait an hour for food for it just never to come and meanwhile everything else shuts and I go to bed hungry.

since the reboot, the food and service is great. the dishes are relatively inexpensive and tasty. The dining area is small, but offers enough space between tables for comfort. check it out.

Excellent food and service. Id say 95% of the chinese food restaurants on the island are garbage, but New Sing Bo is the best. The food is cheap, too.
