Burgers are good if not a little expensive >$6 for bacon cheesburger. Around 1pm today I attempted to call ahead and order my food. I kept getting a voicemail message saying to not leave a message at this number as the messages are not checked. I even checked online to make sure I had the correct number. When I got to the restaurants I noticed both of the phones on the wall behind the register were off their hooks dangling. Me..."are those phones off the hooks??" Girl..."oh yeah, we are sooooo busy, the line was out the door!!" Me..."interesting business practice" Girl....*stares* Anyway, good burgers and fries but I have to wonder at the smarts behind deliberately not taking customers calls. Maybe more staff might help during the lunch rush??

Dubbed "Five Guys is an upscale fast casual restaurant" at $12 dollars it sure has restaurant prices. Bacon Cheeseburger $6.49 Regular Fry $2.99 Regular Drink $1.99 but its served in a greasy paper bag. When I asked for a tray since I was eating in, I was told, "We dont do trays or plates". This lead to a huge mess - since the fries were overloaded in the bag and I couldnt even get to my burger without tearing the bag in half. I didnt even care for the fries which were overcooked and salty so I dont know why they gave me so many - literally the bag was filled to the top! But the burger was good, had the right amount of toppings and sauces.

Five Guys makes a mean fast-food burger. Thank goodness I dont live close to any, otherwise Id have an empty wallet and heavy stomach. Their burgers are awesome and the toppings are free! Oh, and a normal burger has 2 patties, while the small one has 1 - otherwise there isnt a difference. Be sure to try out their awesome fries (but only order a small, since they PILE them on anyway)!

The five guys place is known for its quality fast food burgers. At this place I realized why that is called FAST food, lines are moving quickly. Burgers are ok and you get whole peanuts to eat while wait. Also I love their original cola machines where you can get and mix any Coca-Cola drinks like Dr. Pepper, fanta, or others instantly!

The food was great. I use to work at a five guys and I know the steps involved in making the food. They followed every step and of course that made the food taste amazing. A lot of places mess up the fries but they did a wonderful job. The grey collared on duty was pleasant and made sure things were done correctly.

Better than traditional fast food but doesnt rise to the standard set by a In N Out or Shake Shack. Also, dont go here if you have a peanut allergy or might soon be around someone who does as theres no avoiding them here. They do have super cool soda machines here though, almost any flavor you can imagine.

The wait to even just place an order was much too long (over 5 minutes). On top of that the wait to get my food was just as long. The staff seemed disorganized and inefficient. The fries were over fried but the burger was cooked as expected. Decent food, bad service experience.

Just what Id expect from a Five Guys... friendly staff, excellent burgers and fries. Expensive, but worth it: just over 10 bucks for regular drink, small cheeseburger and small fries. Special note: This branch has milkshakes. Very, very good milkshakes.

Great service when placing order on the phone. Fast call answer time. I know a lot of people might not care out this, but I manage a call center and I always appreciate it when companies answer their phone promptly. Also, their burgers rock!!!

Fantastic burgers and milk shake. The fries are made from fresh potatoes and 100% peanut oil. The burgers have all the toppings included in the price. The are delicious and made to perfection every time.

I really like the burgers at Five Guys, the free (and numerous) toppings really add value to the burger. It definitely feels like Im getting a better bang for the buck here than at a Shake Shack.
