Worst fast food experience in my life. The purpose of fast food is to get your food "fast". No one should wait a half an hour for their food and to be constantly ignored and patronized by staff. There was only only employee who had common sense and courtesy to fix my Burger after I made a second attempt to get the tomatoes they neglected to put on. The rest of the staff completely ignored me. Its nothing more than a hangout for high schoolers and the older people are not much better. Its very safe to say that I wont ever be going back there after this afternoons experience. Tables were dirty too. This place and most of todays crew SUCKED!!!

Before visiting this Sonic, I had only been to Sonic once before in my life - in Melbourne, Florida. I wasnt a fan of the Florida Sonic, but after having this Sonics tots, I fell in love. Fast forward to the breakfast burrito and I was totally in love and ready to propose to this Sonic. Then, I had a vanilla milkshake and died, went to heaven and came back to write this review. Super friendly staff that must have their food on a regular basis, which explains why theyre so happy!

Went to Sonic for lunch on December 24,2013 and picked up 2 junior burgers with just ketsup and mayo,fries and a shake. As usual the fries and shake we good but the bugers were dry shoe leather and at over $3.00 each what a waste of money. Since I didnt eat the burgers on site I was not going to return. Learned my lesson shake and fries are worth it but Ill never order a burger there again. It wasnt the first time and for me 2 strikes and youre out.

Worst service staff I have ever seen. My family waited an hour and our order did not come out. When I went in to see whats up all of our drinks were lined up on the table in the kitchen. I tried to ask a staff member but they promptly ignored me. When we called again on the car hop signal the lady said she would be right out. After 10 min we left. Absolutely terrible

Closest Sonic to NYC from what I can tell. Service was exceptionally slow initially, and they did make some errors- but once alerted they quickly corrected them. I primarily go for the drink options- so this Sonic is pretty much just like the rest. Definitely try and go during the "happy hour" as there are drink specials/drinks are half price, and delicious.

It was terrible. The food is always good there but today we waited an hour for our drinks. I always go there to get a slushy but today was horrible. I wasted an hour of my life. We didnt even get our drinks. We just left.

The service is good, also there are always plenty of cash registers open with help to get you in and out of the supermarket in a timely fashion. My only complaint is the cold cuts counter takes a long time to be served.

Better here than Hasbrouck Heights. I have never seen vermin here. I have never been told to leave because they didnt know how to process a gift card manually. I have never seen the garbage cans overflowing here.

On the average of fast food, I would name this place as the lowest of all fast food places. Food tastes like dog food, no quality in it at all. And waiting 18:35 to get 2 hot dogs? No wonder people go crazy.

I ordered a grill chicken sandwich waited so long for it and when I got it and took a bite it was like they put a piece of rubber in between the sandwich. There food is so horrible there. Service sucks.

Friendly, polite employees who seem to genuinely like their jobs...uncommon of late. Service always fast in my experience here. Clean tables if dining inside. My fave food joint when at Bayonne Crossing.
