I have to give this Burger king 4 stars its not 5 stars only because its a fast food restaurant yet the manager Lillian is fantastic I ordered a sandwich and wasnt pleased with it she listened and was understanding and compensated me which was unexpected and exceptional - this is now my favorite Burger King ever - great job Lillian

Of course the food is always good in every burger King but this burger King sucks...all day everyday at any time of the day they take so ooooooo oooo long to prepare orders....drive thru is constantly backed up and the employees dont put any effort to make it better. ..this burger King should be a McDonalds instead. #JustSaying

This place was filthy! The floors, tables, chairs were dirty and no where to sit and eat that was clean! The garbages were over flowing, the staff was definitely not interested in doing there jobs. They also messed up my order and I had to waste time waiting for them to correct it. I dont recommend this location.

Terrible. Terrible. When you ask specifically FOUR TIMES for no cheese, you get home, so hangry already, and THERES CHEESE ON IT. And Im trying to call the restaurant to let them know, and the phone keeps disconnecting as soon as it connects. Im going back in the morning and I better get my money back.

Drive Thru - the lady took my order with an attitude. Took me 10mins to get to the Window with 1 car ahead of me. Manager was unpleasant delivering the food. I get home and its the wrong sandwich. The sandwich was good, but the service is always bad. Please step it up!!

this place sucks big time ..most of the workers act like they dont speak or understand English. I tried calling this place and they dont have even sense enough to answer a business phone ...let alone serve some decent food...........go elsewhere...anywhere!!!

when there two days in a row..both days they got my order wrong..had to drive from garffield back to lodi for them to correct my order..never again i will i go to buy food them.Manager corrected the problem.

Newly remodeled and the food is what it is. There is ALWAYS a handful of teenagers just hanging out inside that never order anything. Not sure why the store doesnt tell them to leave.
