i stopped there a few weeks ago and ordered my usual 3 taco supremes in drive-thru..they had 2 strands of cheese on each. when my husband ordered the same thing for lunch a few days later i told him he should remind (like they should need that?!) to put cheese on them..they charged him an additional $2 for the amount of cheese that is supposed to be on there. got food from there again twice this week and the same thing..No Cheese! what is that all about? since when does taco bell not put cheese on their tacos...?!?! i obviously like their food (its fast and healthier than a greasy burger on a bun), but i shouldnt have to go home and grate my own cheese....absolutely ridiculous!! im going to call up the manager and if i get no where with them ill call corporate.

I was just at the taco bell on Rt. 9 in Howell NJ and they must have a bunch of idiots working because I got 3 taco Supremes and my fiancé got 2 CHICKEN quesadillas and I got wilted soggy lettuce, soggy hard tacos, cold food and no CHICKEN in the quesadillas.... I paid for chicken but got nothing. I hate going to this place unless its between 1:30am and 2am when they are rushing to get out of there and have to remake everything fresh. Thanks Night crew..... Day and Evening crew..... YOU SUCK! find a job where you dont have to think because obviously thats what happened here and sure enough..... NO DINNER!!!

ALWAYS check your drive thru meal to ensure you have everything. We frequent this Taco Bell often because it is close to home, but if there was another one close by, wed probably switch! I would say about 3/4 of the time, something is missing from our drive thru bag and we have to go back inside. Sad thing is, usually as soon as you walk back in, they know exactly what they forgot already?!? Lets use some common sense here...maybe your window person should double check the order before handing to customers and sending them off!

This location is always friendly but they screw up my order about one out of five times and since they seem to be a franchise they often opt out of deals and specials. Additionally they seem to charge more for many things than a non-franchise would (like charging extra for soft tacos or for changing out one sauce for another). Convenient, but does not care about customers, food, or the taco bell "experience" (yes, its a real thing sad to say and no, it isnt just about having explosive diarrhea the next day).

This Taco Bell received a new face lift that was much needed the interior design is a lot nicer then the previous setting. I went their last week for a few items to enjoy some lunch and I have to say they did a great job with the place. Depending on how busy they can be slow with the orders depending on how much food youre ordering. I would say its a lot nicer then some of the other Taco Bells that I have been to.

A great place for a quick Mexican snack. There open late night so thsts great when your craving a taco or a burrito at 2am. The only downfall with the place is that it gets extremely busy late night at the drive thru and you could wait up to 30 minutes to get your food. The line drags and it sucks... That problem needs to be addressed.

The kids love Taco Bell. This specific location seems to be fair on the meat; not a crazy amount but you can actually tell there is meat. Frank was at the window and taking our order; you could tell he enjoys his job. My kids got a kick out his different voices. Our order was complete and correct! Thanks Frank!!

I love this place because I love their burritos and their Doritos Locos tacos the only bad thing about this is I get explosive diarrhea every time I come but its pretty worth it for the most part at least I dont have to stink up my own bathroom at home because I just use Taco Bells

Im a usual there and Ive only had problems when new people where there but of course that is expected. Food is great though no different from any other damn taco bell. And service was friendly as always. One of the only fast food joints that is like that.

not only do we have to wait along time to get our food, but there is always something wrong with it. to make matters worse I had no meat in my tacos. I paid for a shell and lettuce. no meat no tomatoes no sour cream. a shell with lettuce.

Very friendly staff. The food is as good of quality as youd expect from Taco Bell, which is still delicious. Wait times can be long, depending on what day and time of day you go.
