Very disappointed with this Chiptole location. It must be the new Jersey brain dead mentality; lack of communication on the food line with the workers. The customer in front of me order two bowls, very normal orders, not complex, and as it went thru the line both bowls were missing ingredient requests I heard the customer mentioned but failed to include. The line did very good minus, the part where they couldnt wrap the burrito correctly so she had to make it into a bowl. What got me really upset was the cashier started to grab my food with his bare hands to prep it to eat here even though i did say I wante eit to go at behinning of the line. I called him out on him touching my food when he was just handling money and the cash register and he said his hands were clean. He did offer me to make a new one and then he told his boyfriend associate worker that he he touched the outside like it was no big deal. At that point, instead of correcting th mistake, he wanted to make it look like it was nothing. The guy had no idea what sanitary conditions are, and I walked out. I am so disappointed in this location.

I have never had a bad Chipotle experience. Ive been to many locations and never had a problem. It seems that every time I order from the Howell location they are either low on product, out of product, the food is cold, etc. Tonight, I ordered a bowl with guac on top and I received my bowl with aluminum foil on top (obviously removing all the guac into the foil), while eating the contents of my bowl, a couple bites in, I felt something in my mouth. It was hair... A long, black, strand of hair.

Never again will I go to this establishment. The workers were clearly incompetent and lacked basic communication skills. They messed up my simple order and shorted me a bag of chips, the one thing I actually might have enjoyed. I had to repeat the same thing to multiple employees whom were standing right next to each other. The food was horrible. 100% 0 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. I wish there was a negative star option because that is what this place deserves. Despicable.

I will start by saying that I am not a huge fan of chipolte. Its just not my thing, but every now and then I am in the mood. The staff here is friendly and the food is ok. Every now and then I get what seems like, not so fresh food. I only order the same thing when I go so I will just go without meat if it looks like its been there a while but that is very rare. I never have to sit here waiting. The tables could be cleaned more often.

Ive never had chicken so fatty in my life. The steak was no better. I tossed it all in the trash. Absolutely awful. I wouldnt feed this to a dog. Such a letdown after all the hype about this place. If it was possible to leave no stars, I would.

I ordered the chicken tacos with corn and cheese. They would have been pretty tasty, however the corn was cold? Ive never seen cold corn anywhere else, and it ruined the chipotle experience for me.
