Woman opens the window, then slams it as she says "ugh you dont have your money out" under her breath. Sorry that I needed to get you some change. Then slams open window again, and yells, "You knew you had to pay, but you didnt have your money out." Throws me food, shuts window as I try to ask for sauce. Very rude drive-thru employee overall. Never seen this woman before, but she looked like she may have been a manager or something based on her outfit, and if she is, she needs to learn that yelling at your customers over something trivial like that is horribly rude and disgraceful, no matter how busy it is. Do not recommend coming here until this woman is fired.

This is the third time in a month they took my money and asked me to park my car and wait for my food. Today there were three other cars waiting and after 15 minutes they brought me an incorrect order. I was told theyd be right out with my missing food, but after another wait I finally went inside. I asked what the problem was and the person who looked like a manager slid into the back and left me with a nervous young girl. I finally got the rest of my food and saw a line of 4 cars still waiting for theirs. Horrible service, food was cold, burgers were missing pickles, no sauces etc..

Worst Burger King Ive ever been to. Slow all the time. Waiting like 15 minutes for breakfast, are they at the grocery store getting the eggs. They dont carry hot chocolate for breakfast and only regular hot coffee. Worst egress from the drive through, have to drive all the way back around the building and the lot just to get out. This place just needs to permanently close down. They have to be hemorrhaging money being open.

The people who work here are very nice. However, I always find myself waiting at least 10min for a small sandwich and hashbrowns almost every time I come to this BK.I can understand if there is a line but Im usually one of 2 cars if there is any. I love BK but sometimes when Im in a rush and want "Fast Food" its a frustrating experience from this particular location.

Food is good, if you get it. Seems every time I go to this particular store, drive thru or walk in, they ALWAYS forget something. And if its not forgetting to put it in the bag, they give me the wrong food. I purchase for a family of 5 about once a month. I am no longer going to this particular store, the aggravation isnt worth it. There are other BKs nearby.

Horrible service. Manager used profane language towards me. Never going back. On top of the rude customer care my whopper tasted terrible. It was cold and the fries were soggy. Girl at the window seemed to not know what she was doing. She went out of her way to get her OWN drink. Ridiculous!

They always say they are temporarily out of unsweetened iced tea...ALWAYS...Everytime i visit? Really? ...take it off menu if youre not offering it...found it so frustrating that i stop visiting...i can go across the street and get iced tea @dunkin with my sandwich!

Worse customer service, actually told me I didnt order what I ordered when I returned a burger they made. Then made me wait for for over a half hour for the general manager. They all need Customer Service 101 Training.

The food isnt bad for a fast food place. However, they almost always screw up my order. %85 of the time Ill say they mess it up. Thats really my only complaint / negative feedback.

If they have about 5 customer orders it can slow the employees down dramatically. Go during non peak hours for faster service.
