The crew was nice but I totally forgot why I hate this place! Im a bigger guy, but I feel like the grease from this place was in my veins for days. I literally felt sluggish the following morning. I deconstructed one of the burgers and found butter on both sides of the bun, as well as a very thin, almost paper thin, slice of beef. I also found the fries to be flavorless. I dont think the fryer was warm enough, based on the amount of oil those potato soaked up. So sorry that I wasted a meal opportunity here with a Moes Southwestern Grill and a Fuji nearby.

Really bad experience,thou i m a regular customer,the manager who was in trainin ,,gave a big attitude for juss sayin for hot sack fries,the actual manager was smilin and luks lik hes havin fun for the arguements goin on between myself and the trainin manager , he didnt say anythin to the trainin manager,,,got soo surprised,,wat kind of crew is tht,horrible service,,,will nvr go to tht particular reztaurant Felt offended.Called main office to complain, luks like they dnt evn care tooo,,,

Got there just under the wire of their closing time, and they were just as pleasant as if I was there for peak hours. (Would have bitten a bullet and tried elsewhere to eat, if I _had_ truly been too late, but was pleasantly surprised they waited for one more drive-thru customer!) White Castle is a craving, and that was satisfied for me! Thanks!

Their breakfast is 5 stars... get a freshly fried egg on top of one of their classic sliders. For dinner... the value depends on your taste. Looking for a more artisanal slider, try White Mana in Hackensack. I buy their sliders 50 at time and keep them in the freezer at home :) for quick snacks.

Its White City I dont expect it to be good. I was pleasantly surprised by their breakfast, which I would give a solid 3.5/4 to especially since they actually use fresh eggs, but service is always slow there 8 mins at the drive thru window isnt my idea of speedy food service.

What can I say, the only reason I came here is because it is somewhat famous and has little bit of history behind White Castle. The burgers are okay, It is fast food, thats about it. The staff is very friendly and I think that may be the reason why so many visit.

I love White Castles, but I wonder about their sanitary practices. My son and I both got sick after eating there with a stomach flu and I realized very quickly that the only place where we had eaten the same thing was at this particular White Castle.

Not a big fan of this White Castles. Slow moving staff. The place is cleaned with something that always, and I mean always smells bad. Needs a new Air Handler to get the stink and humidity out of that place.

Ill give it a 3 star because if you like White Castle it is maybe a 4 if you dont its maybe a 1. I still like to go now and then. Very predictable and they are adding some variety over the last few years.
