My husband and I found this little gem in our search for places to eat in Hammonton and we were very happy to have discovered it! Very low key and modest in size maybe, but the quality of the pizza and the cannoli was amazing. We both agreed that the pizza -- especially the crust as this was originally a bakery -- was the best we ever had. We went the following week with friends and brought our own wine which they were happy to open and chill and provided us with wine glasses. The Margherita pizza was fantastic; crust was thin but tender all the way to the edge! The owners, including Mama Ricca all the way down to one of the grandsons (who showed a sweet nature by giving me a hug), introduced themselves to us. The waitress, Carol, gave us a book that outlined the history of the family. And we and our friends were surprised with a free fresh, warm loaf of twisted bread with seeds. What a pleasure! Dont be put off by the humble setting. The restaurant even smells delicious! Easy to locate and out of the area of downtown. I have a feeling this is the restaurant that the locals go to for great pizza.

My brother and I decided to split this pie and we were not disappointed. The sauce was rich and tasty. The cheeses were blended beautifully and did not easily slide off the slice to create a mess. The seasoning really added to the flavor profile. The bottom of the pizza was crispy and the crust was fluffy. The bread used for the base and the crust is noticeably different than what I am used to seeing as crust. It was fluffier and tasted more like a freshly baked bread. I thought it was a little bland for my taste, but overall did not take away from the greatness of the pizza. The atmosphere is rustic and country. Tables were large tree trunks glossed over and polished nicely. The eating area was large and could fit a decent sized dinner party. There was fancier glassware on the side, which gave me the impression that a group could enjoy a more formal dinner at this establishment. This eatery also has its own bakery and offers artisan breads, pastries and other deserts. Overall, the meal was pleasant and I would like to take my girlfriend back here one night if I ever return to the area.

This place is very good, its actually homemade and offers authentic recipes, along with creative ones made by someone who clearly understands food and flavors. Im I just head over heels for this pizza. I have lived all over the country and had many different kinds of pizza I spent most my time in portland where food culture is "the culture" and some of the best pizza is in portland. So that being said coming to South jersey was a certain type of "food culture" shock for me. The "authentic Italian eaterys" here serve their patrons hap hazardly put together recipes made with industrial grade ingredients. The chefs are non existent in the restaurants (even the$ nic$e ones) which apparently nice in South jersey means pricy, not good. I digress though. Its been 4 years in S. Jersey for me which means I havent had a good pizza in nearly 5 years. Ricca Brothers pizza delighted my night tonight and gave me hope for little south jerseys pizza plight. There is still hope and someone out here knows what they are doing. Ricca pizza I love you. Thanks for the good eats. EVERYONE PLEASE EAT HERE.

Beautiful looking pizzeria and bakery. Italian with that rustic feel. Pizza made from a brick oven pizza using coal and wood. Server took my drink order right away followed up with a menu.Got my order fast. Pizza was really very good. NY style but a better taste. They had many cannolis for dessert and their pies looked like grandma had made.Got a fudge brownie and it was so tasteful. Took a carrot slice and some of their rustic style bread that you dont find anywhere. A true italian bread. Very tasty and great when toasted. Took a couple of slices of pizza home. Put it in the toaster the next day and it was like it just came out of the brick oven. Very crispy and just so good. I heard that their cannolis are the best around. Went back and got a rum cake cannoli. So enjoyable. Just like a rum cake but in a cannoli shell with their signature ricotta blend. So good tasting. The best. Dont miss out on this. No place like this comes close. Just outstanding.

My wife and I tried this place the other day to simply try something different. We frequent down town Hammonton often and have seen their big billboard but never stopped in to give them a try. When ordering the pizza the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and professional. At first we were a little turned off because they do not offer delivery and they only make specialty pizzas which gave us four options. We tried it anyway because I like brick oven pizza and was in the mood to try something different. We ordered their four cheese specialty pizza and went to pick it up. After bringing it home I opened the box and have to admit that the smell and look of the pizza was absolutely amazing. It was possibly the most delicious slice of pizza I ever had. The crust has a nice crunch from the brick oven but stayed flaky and soft. The cheese and sauce were out of this world. This place is definitely worth a try.

Best pizza I ever had. Flavor of the sauce is really good and the crust is probably the best part of the whole pizza. And to top it all off its all done on a brick oven so that really why this place is so awesome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good pizza. And to those looking to have a good meal indoors the interior looks really nice. And of course I cant forget about the waitresses. They are awesome. This place is just top of the line in my opinion.
