Very poor customer service. When you call and state yo have a coupon they ask for the expiration date, even though its their very own coupon and not a manufacturers coupon. Then when i get there, i forgot my coupon at home and told the blonde girl at the counter that i will bring it when i pick up my son from school. She refused to let it slide and stated that You Must have the coupon NOW. This is rediculous, i am a regular customer, i by twice a week, spend $40-$50 and this is the treatment I get. It makes me reconsider my money spent and go to Dominicks. THis place is clearly all about money (greedy/hungry people) and not about saitisfying the customers. I am sorry but if I could this place would get a 0 rating. Customer Service is what drives a business.

Excellent, clean bright place. Watched it grow throught the last 10 years. Staff is always super friendly,on top of things, and I know because I worked in pizza / restaurants for years. Great menu choices, enthusiastic owner on premises- I think any negative comments on this place are from rival joints- Thumbs up all the way

Pizza is fantastic and those Canoli Yum. Despite a mix up with the delivery and me not getting notification of phone calls on my cell (YIKES!) the pizza and canoli were safely delivered by a lovely young man who did not appear annoyed or rushed! Thanks guys. Made my night!

They messed up my order when I told them the way I wanted it twice then I call to see if they could do anything about it and the guy working said I didnt say the way I wanted it and wouldnt do anything about it

If youve never had real pizza or Italian food (the locals dont know any better) this is good. If you know anything about pizza (ie you live in civilization) this is pure garbage.

Order a Fat B!tch sub from here. It a remake of the sub from the Rutgers grease trucks and its amazing. Get one everytime I go. Their pizza is also quite tastey
