Not a complaint about the food. In fact, Ive been there a couple of times and the food has always been great! But when we came here today, we ordered a slice of pizza and a soup. The young girl at the counter gave us a look of disgust... as if we were asking too much of her. She also gave no eye contact and was EXTREMELY RUDE to us. I guess she was having a hard time with the customer before us because we watched her ring up that customer and when he turned around she flipped him off! Both me and my sister felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave... This was the first time Ive ever left a restaurant because I felt so uncomfortable by the service. Having experience in the retail industry, we are trained to value and respect the customer NO MATTER WHAT. I will not give my hard earned money to someone who treats customers that way. Especially us, who had nothing to do with the incident before Will not be back

Was recently at an event that had catered food from Prontos. The meatballs were like sponge balls.. very heavy and dense, the sausage was tough, the peppers were barley cooked and Sooo hard. I felt bad for the folks that paid for this low quality food. It was clear that (not the first time) the food was thrown together at the last minute. The sauce was not cooked with the food long enough as the food didnt have the flavor of sauce throughout. Will not recomend to anyone!!

Great food and great service. I have had many parties catered by them and all of my guests were always pleased. Definitely the best pizza in the area. Try the buffalo pizza, its out of this world!
