Went here regularly for months and enjoyed the drinks and food... Until one day I ordered a chicken sandwich. The order was taking some time, so we pulled off to the side. I dont mind waiting for good food. But I got home, took a couple bites, and found that my chicken was raw in the center. Not undercooked - RAW. I brought the remaining sandwich back and they offered a replacement, but I didnt trust those same people to cook me food that can cause severe problems if not fully cooked. I asked for mozzarella sticks because I was hungry and figured they would be safe. I got my money back, but nothing to eat for dinner. Thanks? I followed up online with pictures because the lack of concern for serving raw meat was discomforting. I later got a call from the manager (?) saying the chicken sometimes takes a long time to cook and the center may be underdone. no explanation as to why a longer wait got me raw chicken. I was told I could come back and get a free meal... But I havent been back. I cant trust their kitchen. And as a bonus, now Im worried about all chicken pieces I order from anywhere. So, if you order food that requires adequate cooking, double check everything before you take a bite.

Just ordered the Thai chili boneless wings wings my mouth is on fire. There is nothing on the menu that indicates that they are supposed to be hot. I asked the worker if they were supposed to be hot and he said that it "depends on the person". This is ridiculous. The other spicy items have little chili peppers by them and these do not. This is the second time I have had an issue here with menu discrepancies. This summer, I ordered a dark chocolate shake. It was so sickly sweet that I took a few sips and tossed the rest. I asked the worker if they gave me the right shake and they confirmed. The shake was almost white! How is a white shake dark chocolate? Came here twice, was burned twice, wont be coming again.

Had to get a refund tonight because the people they have working there thought it would be funny to eat out of the food they were serving to people. I would have given them zero stars, but it was not an option. I usually dont eat out because of things like this. Whats worse is the main guy doing it made eye contact with me and continued to eat out of everything. Then the manager got mad because I requested a refund. Well why would I pay for it, let alone feed it to my family. After spending all night at the doctors office with a sick child...I refuse to have my children sick because of someones ignorance. Disgusted customer.

The food here is ok. Not much better than a mcdonalds but its good on a late saturday night. Its a bit overpriced for my blood being that mcdonalds is right down the road. Burgers are decent but would definitly recommned the coneys, and the blizzards. The waitstaff is awsome. I just wish they had a place inside that you could eat. Main reason I dont visit there as often.

I usually get something to eat here once or twice a month. Great ice cream selection and hot dogs in my opinion. A lot of menu choices to satisfy any craving, but the best stuff on the menu is the endless amount of drinks/slushes and ice cream/shakes. I have had some small issues with customer service in the past, but nothing to the point to deter me from coming back.

Just visited this location for the second time and again I was very disappointed. The food was prepared very sloppy and did not taste anything like other locations have in the past. The tomatoes were old and very soggy! Not to mention the Chicago dogs were absolutely horrible!!! My children and I will not be visiting this location anytime soon.

As I am at this location with individuals with special needs the woman taking our orders was very rude and abrupt with us. These individuals need some time to get their order in and she was extremely rude about it snapping at us. I hope something can be done as we do like to frequent this location.

Terrible experience at the Sonic in Somerset, NJ. The guy taken orders was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The manager tried to help but not until another worker and customers over heard how his coworker was talking. Never going there again and dont recommend anyone else going there either.

The first 2 stations we pulled into were out of order and the first words we heard when we finally found one that worked and tried to order were "we can only accept cash and the soda machine is broken. " This is the 2nd time that this location has disappointed us, we wont be returning.

If youve never been to a Sonic, I think its a really cool experience. Maybe a bit gimmicky, but worth the trip. I stopped here after mountain biking at 6 mile run, and had a great time. The food is what you would expect from a standard fast food chain.

Great commercials, Unappetizing and overpriced food. Didnt think fast food could be this bad, or bland. Only thing worth the money are the drinks... when theyre half price. Go to McDonalds instead, you wont feel as ripped off.

Wendys is better.....Sonic was good when they have half price shakes during the summer but now youre better off going to an ice cream shop and getting a real shake for the price that Sonic charges
