After picking up my friend and her son from the airport, I wanted to treat them to somewhere for lunch. Since both of them expressed wanting some fries and a burger, I thought it would be a great idea to treat them to a gourmet experience. Plus, Ive been to Red Robin at this location in the past and they have never let me down. This time was no exception and they went beyond just providing good customer service. Samantha did an excellent job in serving us. She even threw in an extra side of pickles for my friends son, since he likes them a lot. Both my friend and I had the Whiskey River BBQ burger--mine was beef and hers was chicken. We also tried out some of the special sauces via Samanthas suggestion. It was quite delicious. The son had the bacon cheeseburger, and he outdid both of us and finished it in one setting. She and I had to take ours home, along with our sauces and the remainder of the fries. Quick and friendly service. Food full of flavor. I highly recommend this spot for the ultimate burger and fry experience. Samanthas candor was needed after a very trying morning; it was appreciated much more than she knew!

I walked into this location on Friday looking for a job as a server. I approached the woman at the host stand who seemed eager to help me and asked if there was a hiring manager available. Immediately her demeanor changed and she told me to wait while she got someone. She went over to a spot where I could still clearly see her through a window as she reported what I said and made faces and gestures as if she were mocking me. The manager who she spoke to was beside her and said (loud enough so I could hear), "Ill go talk to her but Im NOT hiring her." Needless to say I walked out without applying. Ive been a server for five years at various family oriented and fine dining establishments. Ive never seen such a lack of respect and blatant display of unprofessionalism. I definitely dodged a bullet by not even applying to this place, but the way in which they handled themselves was still shockingly disrespectful. I will not be dining at this location.

Red Robin is actually pretty good as far as chain restaurants go. Their menu, which focuses heavily on sandwiches, is robust. They have a flavor for everyone. Their selection of sides and dipping sauces stand out, and are very tasty. I enjoy how they offer tips to reduce the calories of their meals (e.g. wrap a sandwich in lettuce - it works!) Where our experience suffered was the service. While polite, our server was clearly disassociated. Also, our sides were mixed up, and our dipping sauces never came out. She did make it right by not charging us for one of the sides. This Red Robin isnt a bad spot if you have some shopping to do at the Hamilton Marketplace. Also, it can get quite busy on the weekends even well into the afternoon.

Until the Red Robin near my college opened up, Id never been to one. Now that Ive graduated, my husband and I make the hour long trek to the closest one we can find on a semi-regular basis. Thats how good their burgers are. I dont know what anything else on their menu tastes like (except for their southwestern chicken salad which is great) because I generally get a burger. I like the Burnin Love Burger myself. Theyll customize anything and Ive never had any problems in terms of how accurately they did so. Theyve always gotten it right. Ive mostly gone during the lunch hours so I cant speak about how they are during diner rush. But Ive never had a negative experience.

Absolutely love the food here The service is always very good. One problem.... it is much too COLD in this place to enjoy the great food. No matter what time of day or season Ive been there, you just FREEZE to death. Truly a shame! Its almost like they keep it freezing so you have to hurry and leave just to get warm. My only complaint but really, if I do not have a sweater in my car.... I cannot go to Red Robinm

Burgers here are really good and you have to love the bottomless fries if not you can exchange for a salad or a vegetable which are bottomless as well. The buffalo dipping sauce was really tasty. For dessert I had the doughnuts which I would definitely recommend. Overall service was ok and food was delicious if you are looking for a burger but not sure what kind this is the place to come.

Our server was attentive. However I ordered my burger medium got well done on the first try and medium well on the second try. And had to sit freezing because the heat wasnt turned on until other customers complaints. The cold atmosphere dropped the temperature of my fries to unedible in less than 5 minutes. I wont be returning for some time. Beyond disappointed.

My husband and I came for dinner at Red Robin we had the best time there. I think it was our waitress that made it so fun, she joked with us and she served us so well.I think we stayed longer than we should have but it was a great time. On dinner break called ahead at work 25-30 min wait. It was my 1st time ordering@ this location , just picked up my to go order was very unorganized. Got back to my desk work and started eating my sandwich & fries. About a quarter through my fries & burger found a long hair brown mixed in my fries & had melted cheese on it from my burger..NEVER AGAIN....

I ordered my burger medium rare, it came well done. The waitress got me a new one but by the time it came my husband was done eating. So was I. I also ordered unsweetened ice tea and I got sweetened tea with fake sweetener in it. I then got water. Not going back.

That Red Robin has the best service ever! Our waiter Josh was friendly and when I go use the bathroom, I remember where I sat and I said hi and he said, you sit that way! NICE PEOPLE AND NICE FOOD EVER!!! IM GOING BACK NO MATTER WHAT BABY YEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!

Nice and Busy. The restaurant was busy but we were able to sit immediately at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and made sure everything came out the way Id like it to. They made sure the fries were nice and crisp and the burger was correctly cooked.

The food was great.... But the experience was ruined by slow service. I was disappointed in the speed as not many people were there. Food was great but we were not served any spoons and forks. Overall it was a mediocre experience.

I was not satisfied with the service. Custom burger was missing the mayo and had a burnt bun. Had to wait a long time to get it fixed. In the end we got billed for someone elses order and had to get that fixed.

Stop trying to sell me stuff or asking me to donate when i walk through the door. Work on getting the orders right and not over cooking the food before you try to squeeze more money out of me.
