GOOD FOOD, BAD SERVER! READ BEFORE GOING TO AVOID THIS SERVER!!! I was recommended to go to this restaurant from two friends so on our girls night out, we chose to go to this restaurant. The food was phenomenal and the prices reflect the food produced. I had a great time until an encounter with one of their servers. She walked in on my daughter and I in the womens handicap stall, which evidently did not lock even though we thought it was locked. Instead of apologizing or just closing the door quickly embarrassed or otherwise, she rudely commented "The doors locks you know" and walked back out. I addressed this with one of their hosts at the desk who gave me a card and her name, which was Kristen, and then just walked away. When our server came back, I asked for the name of their store manager who was evidently in the store. I addressed this with their store manager, Chris, who quickly apologized for her behavior and adjusted our bill to compensate for her rudeness. This was much appreciated by me, but still does not excuse for such rude service from a representative of that restaurant. I would only hope that she was just one bad apple in a sea of much better servers, including ours.

Wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere is sophisticated and refined and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Our waiter Keith was awesome, making suggestions for wine and appetizers that were spot on perfect. He pointed out the seasonal specials and highlights on the menu and was very accommodating. No detail was overlooked. The food here is excellent, seasoned perfectly and presented beautifully as well, from appetizer to dessert! Keith generously bought us dessert since this was our first visit; I dont normally order dessert but I was so glad I didnt miss it tonight. We chose from an assortment of mini desserts served in cordial glasses. Delicious and the perfect portion to top off a perfect dinner. The manager, George, is an asset to the business. He came over to chat with us over coffee and invited us to come back soon. I was very impressed with the menu here, but I have to say that the people here are integral to the overall experience. Seasons 52 is my new favorite dining destination!

I tried this place out for the first time last month for my birthday dinner and they were amazing! The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. Great atmosphere. We had a group of 10 people and the restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and that we had a great time. Service is top-notch and the food is excellent. We all ordered different entrees and everyone found their meal to be absolutely delicious. We were given a complimentary dessert, which consisted of all different types of popular desserts in shot glasses ( key lime pie, pecan pie, chocolate mousse etc.) We closed the place down and they did not rush us out at all, we were just so impressed with everything. Thanks for making my birthday extra special!

Went here for dinner while in the area, and was very pleased. The wait for the normal seating area was quite long, but as I came during the dinner rush it was to be expected. After being taken to my seat the waiter explained to me how the menu changes every week to better suit what is in season. I found this to be very interesting as you could go back often and always have something new to try. I ordered the Salmon, with a side of vegetables. The dish was very good and well prepared. Overall I enjoyed my visit and would go again.

The quality of the food DOES NOT match the quality of the decor & art direction on the menu. My initial order was literally nauseating me. The dry wilted seafood was served in its own shell on a lumpy bed of dry flavorless rice. Very very dry! No flavor. Presentation was lacking. It was sent back. Waiter said "that doesnt look right". He gladly brought me another entree but honestly Im super turned off as a result of the seafood. Jeez, that was super bad & Im not planning to come back for a while.

Just fantastic, especially if you have any food allergies. The waiters and waitresses are knowledgeable about allergies, and so are the chefs. The other excellent thing is that this is a farm to table restaurant. They only serve things that are in season, and as the season changes, so does the menu. This location has a very warm feel, everyone is nice, and they have valet parking (free). Great to have especially at the mall

Seasons 52 is NEVER a dissapointment. no matter how often you go the changes in menu is always fresh. From the soups appetizers flat breads entrees desserts and coffe, you cant go wrong. The desserts are the perfect size. The atmosphere is pleasant and not stuffy and the service is second to none. You will enjoy it!!!!

Recently had a baby shower in one of their special dining rooms. The food and the service were wonderful. Several of my guests were gluten free, and although not planned for, the servers took their special requests in stride and promptly came up with alternatives. I highly reccommend.

I went there for a late lunch alone just to grab some thing on my way home. The service was great, I sat and read my book , nobody hurried me , staff made great suggestion for lunch and were very helpful in explaining the dishes. Dessert was wonderful for enough to hit the spot.

Very good food based on ingredients that are currently in season. Staff was great. Did a lunch time business meeting and first thing they asked was if we had any time constraints to accomodate out schedule. Portions are small yet tasty. Would definitely go again.

The description of the food on the menu makes it seem so much better than it actually is, when in reality the stuffed mushrooms are really just undercooked hunks of shrimp overtop crusty spinach with the tiniest bit of mushroom at the bottom. Do not recommend.

Pathetic, reservations ran over by more than 30 minutes, valet abandoned their station and left everyone keys unattended. Our $70K Mercedeses was free to be taken by anyone walking past the unsecured key holder. We will never will return to this restaurant.

Love the atmosphere! The stone work, the low lighting, the smiling, attractive service people. Beautifully prepared dishes and great attention from the waiters-especially Ron who is always helpful to us.

All around nice place. Nice atmosphere. Large bar. Good wine selection, even by the glass. Good food. Helpful staff. Didnt realize it was a franchise. Nice for business and unwinding.
