After driving by this establishment many times and seeing large crowds, we decided to give this place a try..sadly, this was one of, if not, THE most awful dining experiences my boyfriend and I had. I cant begin to understand why so many individuals on Google gave this establishment 4 stars. We ate there hours ago and I still have reflux from fishy tasting Frutti di Mare. My boyfriends bolognese was sweet jarred with rancid meat. The utensils were filthy. It was absolutely disgusting. If we were food critics, they would be closed now. Do yourself a favor, if you think this place is good, go to the A&P and buy yourself a can of Chef Boyardee....its cheaper and might not make you nearly as sick.

love hate relationship with this place. 25 dollars minimum for delivery is too much. probably would make alot more money if you lowered it - this is probably the sole reason I stopped ordering from them. also, not sure why it takes an hour when its so close by my place. baggios delivery is lightning fast. anyhow - chicken parm hero is excellent. margherita pizza is decent. nonna pizza was bland and not sure how its listed as thin crust. and avoid clams oregano...i got like 4 tiny clams last time...you are going to charge me 10 bucks for that? sigh... sticking with baggios but will dabble with pomodoro here and there

Ordered food last night from this restaurant, with specific instructions of what time to deliver it. There was a total disregard for those instructions, and the food came shortly after that. Since the people who the food was meant for were not present, the food was cold by the time they showed up. When I called the restaurant to complain, they just said sorry - our mistake and would not redo the order. To add to the lack of service, they forgot one of the drinks that was ordered. Food would have been decent if it wasnt cold, but the service gets a 0.

Pomodoro is independently owned by a very friendly and personable guy Will, who takes great pride in the food he serves. Pomodoro is one of those restaurants where you cant go wrong ordering, since its a given that every single item on the menu is excellent. Will must start with the very best ingredients, and his kitchen cooks everything to perfection. Ive recommended Pomodoro to everyone in town to be their go-to place, and its my go-to place anytime I have guests. If its a nice day, sit outside, byob, and relax.

Had a yen for veal francese tonight and found the menu in my top drawer. Figured...why not? Less than half an hour later, a very flavorfully-dressed caesar salad, the veal and penne with lots of delicious marinara sauce arrived. The veal and penne were piping hot. The veal was doing the backstroke, they put so much sauce in the dish, but other than that and the need for a squeeze more of lemon, I was very surprisingly pleased. Order the food! Its good and it isnt expensive.

I made a delivery order here: a penne a la vodka and a small soup order. I asked them to include shrimp in the pasta. I was charged $6.00 for that said shrimp addition, but was only given 4 shrimp. What a rip off. The pasta needed salt and the flavor was bland. The soup was good. However, not impressed. I just moved to fort lee, so I asked the phone lady to include a to-go menu as I thought this place would be good. Not ordering from here again.

I cant understand why this place is rated so high. If you like food from a can or frozen food that is microwaved, then this place is for you. The lasagna taste like it came from a can, the chicken mamma Mia was dried up in a plate of vodka sauce. Buffalo wings were salty and the calamari was rubber.

Buffalo chicken pizza and penne alla vodka is where its at!!! Before moving to VA this was our go to pizza place. Love the family that owns it, very friendly! The service is always really good whether you eat in, take out or get delivery. And they always listen to "special cooking requests"!!

The best dining experience in the area. The pizza cannot be beat. Willy the owner, has if down to a science; the food, the portions, the service. All excellent. A BYOB place, but soft drinks available. The upstairs dining room, always full. Come early.

Great Food and Price but Service...... Food comes out so slow. I ordered Liguini with Clam Sauce and Arabiata and it took about 30~40 minute to come out. Also the portion is not enough for guys

Really nice service & music but thats it. Heavy heavy sauces and meat sauce that was nothing more than tomato sauce with a drop of meat. Nothing to write home about.
