five stars isnt enough for this place! Everything there is delicious,my personal fave though is their baked ziti!!! I always get it well done,and they are the only ones who make it just how I love it! Their sausage and peppers is another fave of mine. Their sauce is delish! I have been going there for a few years already,and even though I moved out to Staten Island,I still make it my business to go there a few times a month. Andrea,his family, and all of the other workers there are so great and helpful. They are very accommodating,we had 2 birthdays over there,even though it is a pretty small place,but it worked out both times. Their catering is great,food is always perfect,and they will never disappoint you. I recommend this place over any other place,by far!

This place is by far the best pizzeria in Brooklyn. Ive been going there 23 years. 16 of those years Ive be driving 55 miles to get to Grotta Azzurra because its just the best and I cant see myself buying pizza anywhere else. Andrea the owner is the a wonderful person and the best host. The food is fresh and the best tasting. I love it and I will always drive 55 miles to get my pizza until the day he retires I would recommend this place to anyone as I always do.

Visited this place in 2004/5. Service was excellent, food was excellent, drink was excellent. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We got some free drinks (no doubt intended to loosen our wallets). Highly recommended.

This is an awesome pizza place. Delicious food, fast service, friendly staff. They also do catering for events. I had them cater my daughters first birthday and everyone ate themselves into a coma. Five stars isnt enough.

Ive been there once and will never come back again. The man who took my order had fungus on his nails and didnt use gloves. Disgusting!
