It used to be good, better than the one in edgewater even. But I dont know what it is recently but it just tastes really different and Ive found pieces of what looks like plastic in my rice, which really concerned me.. I thought that one time i found it must have been bad luck so I tried it again a week later. And it still tasted off for some reason. I think its the rice that they use thats changed. The colors of the ingredients used to be more vivid but now they are dull as if they have been sitting out for too long or something. I kept trying to love it again but every time I went back, it just doesent taste like it used to.. A few weeks later, Ive not been able to finish my bowls anymore because its too spicy. I order the same kind of bowl from the Edgewater and Fort Lee stores, and the Fort Lee one seems to have some sort of spicy peppers in it, which Edgewater does not have. Also the rice is almost always lukewarm in temperature, and the cheese is wierd sometimes. Talk about a lack of quality control.

Had a really bad experience here a month ago. The girl who was helping me was straight up mean and condescending. I asked for a pinch more meat because she clearly skimped and she gave me this look and let out a huge sigh and from then on it just got worse and worse until I finally checked out. I called to complain later and guess who answers, this same girl with terrible attitude. She says there is no way to file a formal complaint and to tell her my complaint because there is no manager, "everyone is a manager" she says. Zero checks and balances or accountability for poor employee behavior and no way to provide feedback. Never again.

Sometimes theyre okay. But some of the employees use the gloves theyre wearing to just take money, touch theit pants, etc. Then they use those same gloves to make ur burrito. Whats the point od wearing gloves if ur gonna be dirty as hell with them on. Pretty disgusting habit.

Out of all chipotle stores ive been too. One of the worst service. They give such small portions and the rice is cold and hard. Service is really slow and the servers always ALWAYS give such small portions of the food im paying for. Its not worth coming to here ever

Overall experience great for a fast food restaurant. They handle their business well and manage people to get in and out quickly. Compares to the other Chipotles in the area some are slow and have miserable people this one is exceptional though.

I go to chipotle pretty often and this particular location consistently overcook the meat and gives abnormally smaller portions than other locations. They always have new workers who dont know what they are doing.
