Variety of ice cream choices to choose, but some very poor staffs. This wasn’t the first time I felt like I wasnt welcomed. During my first time visit, one of the staffs were so nice when the other one wasnt. That friendly staff made me want to go back again for some ice cream today. But you know what? I just left there and went to another ice cream place nearby, where the staff was nice and willing to help me to get some ice cream. I dont know why the staff here at the Ice Cream on Grand was trying to make me come back to spend money for the ice cream after the other two staffs made me feel very unpleasant.

Amazing ice cream. Among the very best Ive had. On the pricier side. Ice cream for three kids and two adults cost just about $30. Definitely worth the price of admission. The place is certified kosher (if thats your thing). Portions are a bit big for kids. I recommend they add a smaller, less expensive childrens size. Otherwise it might be wise to have small kids share one ice cream.

Best ice cream around. Parking in parking lot is limited. Street parking is available. Usually a small line to get ice cream. Less than 5 min wait most of the time. Staff is usually on the busy side, dont expect them to spend 20 minutes helping you decide what you want. Price is decent, not the cheapest, not enough to lose a star. I recommend.

Ice cream is really gooooooood! not like the crap most places serve and then other places are expensive too while this place is very reasonable! Since i moved to englewood i will coninue to go there its a little out of the way but sooooo worth it!!!!!

The ice cream is ehhhh...they seem to always be busy so we stopped in, but I wasnt impressed. A bunch of kids serving, but they do a good jpb at moving quickly. Staff was very nice eith the exception of one guy, he was a smartass & not in a good way!

Used to be a good old fashion ice store. New owners new feeling. Staff not welcoming or trained well. No prices posted. What a surprise to find out that a small vanilla shake, with nothing more then milk and soft serve, was 7 bucks.
