Good ice cream and excellent service. Ive hand blue marbles ice cream over five times now and I hate to admit it but Im not as excited about their ice cream as I use to be. Its still good, but not wow! That was awesome!. I had their apple cider sorbet today and it was tasty but on the icy side. My all time favorite is the burnt sugar, but they didnt have it so I opt for coffee. The coffee ice cream was really good, but didnt satisfy me like the burnt sugar does. Hope they have it next time! Cant wait to get my hands on that caramel/nutty goodness! The girl working there is a sweetheart, she was nice enough to give me the rest of the chocolate chip when there wasnt enough for one full scoop. And I swear the servings in this blue marble is bigger than the others.

Best Ice cream in New York .PERIOD. I recently took a stroll here for their seasonal pumpkin ice cream which is the perfect amount of sweetness and vanilla bean-esque pumpkin pieces. And in typical fashion I get here and contemplate ordering a new flavor that I didnt even consider to exist in such perfection. So on this occasion I got to sample the pistachio almond which is a transcendent marriage of subtle sweetness a must have for those that still think vanilla is their favorite flavor. However, what made me change my order was the mexican hot chocolate with its gazillion pieces of chocolate in it. And now I am left telling every stranger that the secret to fall is one scoop pumpkin ice cream and one scoop mexican hot chocolate.

If you like ice cream, this is your place. Not Ample Hills or other places that just douse your ice cream in other flavors or gimmicky toppings. Blue Marble simply has the best ice cream in town without all the fluff their competitors use. This store in particular is clean with plenty of places to sit, while the staff is friendly and helpful. The coffee/espresso is usually great, especially if you get an afogado. Yum CIty right der boiii. I like to get my ice cream in a bowl WITH a cone and walk to Grand Army Plaza or the Brooklyn Museum Steps and eat while I watch the hot moms walk by.

DELICIOUS organic ice cream and sorbets but be ready to spend a pretty penny. Had the blueberry pomegranate sorbet and vanilla ice cream and was thoroughly satisfied with the combination...the sorbet was light and refreshing (altho a bit too sugary) and went well with the creamy richness of the vanilla ice cream. Will definitely be stopping by next time I visit Prospect Park or the Botanical Gardens nearby. OHH and they also have a cart at the Brooklyn Flea Market on Saturdays. Expect a really really long wait tho (even when the line doesnt look long).

Now this is hard for me to say because for years this was my BEST ice cream, but they have been usurped by SoCo Creamery in Great Barrington (The Berkshires) however ... Blue Marble will always be home to my BEST ice cream cone, the buttered pretzel cones are just so good. I know you are selling your ice cream now and that is great, but can you get on selling those cones too!

High quality ice cream at a steep price, with a focus on traditional and specialty flavors. Blue Marble really wins on the fruit-based flavors - raspberry chip and blueberry are creamy and delicious. While more expensive than its neighbor, Ample Hills, there is something to be said for the minimalist approach, letting the flavors speak for themselves.

The service is good. I tried to apple cider sorbet which was good. The right amounts of tart and sweet. A lil pricey but justified for the uniqueness. In the afternoon they run out of croissants. Didnt get to try the coffee will have to do that another time. The ambience is chill nice for chill convo, do work, kid friendly and date friendly.

This is my favorite ice-cream store. There are not too many flavors, and even when they dont have my favorite flavor (cinnamon) they always suggest me something that they think I like and it winds up being another one of my favorite flavors. If you like one flavor make sure you ask them for suggestions, you may get a new favorite flavor

Wonderful ice cream. Very kid friendly space, with some toys in the back. A neighborhood gem. Unfortunately most flavors are way too sweet, and "proudly served" La Colombe beans, which are so well brewed at La Colombes own cafes, are made into upsettingly mediocre espresso based drinks here.

Blue Marble might be my favorite ice cream in the city. Where others rely on mix-ins to amp up their flavor, Blue Marble keeps it simple and just makes fantastic flavored ice cream. The root beer ice cream was the most amazing thing Ive experienced in a while.

Ice cream here is absolutely delicious! I have never had a flavor I didnt like. Another hint- when the line at Ample Hills down the block is a mile long, this place has ice cream that is every bit as superb without the insane line.

Root Beer Ice Cream. They have Root Beer Ice Cream. That tastes good. Like actual Root Beer not some weird syrupy imitation. Im sure the other flavors are lovely as well but still working through a love affair with the Root Beer.

So so delicious! I cant get enough of their sea salt caramel. I love their golf ball size portions. The servers are always really nice. I also love that they seem to be a fairly green company with a feel-good mission statement.

I feel like this is Brooklyns go-to ice cream place. Its nothing crazy adventurous, just delicious ice cream. Smooth, creamy, with a changing lineup of flavors. The coffee ice cream is some of the best Ive ever had.

Super delicious ice cream. Theres also a location in Cobble Hill. Its always crowded, with a line out the door, but definitely worth the wait. The butter pecan is worth the extra two pounds you gain!

Beautiful renovations with bright interior and friendly service. Nice outdoor seating. Prices are fair for the area. Great place to study/work with large open seating and plugs. Highly recommend!!!!

One of the best ice cream places in all of NY. It has lackluster service and personnel that always seem like theyd rather be somewhere else. However, their flavors and quality are truly top notch.

Delicious, organic ice cream in standard and creative flavors... Minus one star because of the price ($4 for a tiny cup), but its definitely worth it... You get what you pay for.

Besides the good ice cream theres usually ample seating inside, and a pleasant backyard. The small kids play area is great to keep them entertained and not bothering anyone

Youll never find a better ice cream store. We come here all the time with our kids and have never had anything but the best service and the ice cream is out of this world.

Im an ice cream fiend, and this is simply the best ice cream around in Brooklyn, perhaps NYC. Staff is nice too. Long waits in the summer, and morning rush (coffee)
