I WOULD FIRST LIKE TO STATE THAT I URGE YOU TO IGNORE AND DISREGARD ANY AND ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF SULTAN WOK. SULTAN WOK IS A GODSEND UPON MY LIFE! I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START! THE ONLINE ORDERING IS INCREDIBLY EASY, THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND I LOVE SPEAKING WITH THEM IN ANY AND ALL OCCASIONS THAT I GET TO DO SO. Horrible food, nasty employee! I ordered Shrimp Tempura dinner and Chicken Lomein to be delivered I recieved a Shrimp Tempura Roll and the most disgusting Lo mein I cant even eat it. When I called the restaurant to tell them that we got the wrong food the woman yelled at me and insisted that I told her I wanted a Shrimp Tempura roll. She told me that she even repeated it to me and I said yes Roll. She was so nasty and sarcastic and I was not rude about it I just wanted to get and order delivered I didnt even ask for a refund. I never ended up ordering the food and I put the menu in the trash along with the Lo mein.

i ordered food with my co-workers today we ordered Chinese food and sushi and bubble teas. When the delivery came the driver "forgot" the receipt to sign for the card so we had to sign the other receipt. Then while we are eating my co-worker finds a bug in her food! That was it i was half way done with my sushi and now i feel sick to my stomach and do not even want to eat the other food that was ordered. we all are disgusted and want a refund and called them told us to calm down and throw it out! Will never order from them again!

I am a regular customer. The lady was being very disrespectful after I was asking about the total price of my order. I then asked if she can add a beverage to my order and continued to be very disrespectful and speak over me when Im the one paying her my money. I would at least think she would be respectful especially since I am a regular. She hung up on me several times and has yet to give me back a refund. I dont advise you to go here

I just ordered take out from this place and it was extremely dissapointing. I ended up sending the discusting food back. The lo mein was black, i asked for no vegtables and they still gave me them. I ordered a chicken teryaki roll and it wasnt even teryaki it was just grilled chicken. Gross. I have NEVER tasted food so horrible. Will never eat here again and i suggest you dont either. Filthy.

Every time I get spicy tuna rolls they are perfect, I can never seem to find anything as good as sushi in Brooklyn but I finally found it here. Anything I order is amazing. Delivery is VERY FAST. I had one mishap with an order and they fixed it and were extremely courteous about it. Highly recommend this place, any other Chinese food place makes me sick, but this place makes great food.

The food at sultan wok is ok. The problem that many people find with them is that they pad the bill with needless surcharges. For example they have a $5 delivery charge on all delivered orders. Want extra sauce - thatll be an extra $2 per small container. Even a small change in how they prepare the order will cost you between $1-2. When placing an order beware of these hidden costs.

The absolutely most disgusting food i have ever had. i have never had to call back or complain about food even if i didnt like it, this was the exception. there was a metal string/coil thing in my food there was beef in my pork fried rice. the chicken looks like it was re-heated and it was dry and old. the rice was soggy as if it was microwaved. never again.

WOW this place is soo good I just oredered from there seaseme chicken combo the chicken was delicious There was no fat and brissle in the chicken the flavor was omg great and the eqq roll was like no other I have tasted so good anyways iam from dallas tx and travel all over this is by far the BEST I HAVE EATEN as far as chinese food goes thank you

Ordered from grubhub. Food served its purpose as in it was delivered my front door at a time when I didnt want to leave the house. Wouldnt really recommend it to anyone and probably wouldnt order again unless Grubhub had no other suggestion. Dumplings were kind of stale. Spicy tuna tasted gritty. Sweet potatoes roll on point.

I usually use three or four chinese restaurants around me for delivery and this is by far my favorite. More expensive but the food tastes of higher quality. Even General Tsos is not too sweet and tastes baked instead of sipped in oil.

I ordered Chicken with Garlic sauce and as i was eating spotted something black in my food, i looked down thank God I did, and there was a bug in my food disgusting!...i will never order from them again, i am physically sick.

Really good food. About to order from there now! Although sometimes they dont understand what youre saying, or you dont understand what theyre saying. Thats my only complaint. They are very nice people though!
