Visited for the first time yesterday. Ive been to many Subways in my life and this one was one of the best if not the best Ive even been to. The store itself was fairly large and everything was CLEAN. Even the tray which captures extra ice/soda when youre filling up your soda cup was dry and perfectly clean (as if it was new). I was impressed. Re the food, I get the Veggie Delight and like extra vegetable toppings. The owner was the one who served me and at no time did I have to ask for more because he was already incredibly generous with his portions. Also everything was well organized and it looked like all the vegetables/meat were prepared that day - no browning leafs for the lettuce, etc. If youve been to a poor Subway before youll know what I mean when I say that this Subway was by far the best maintained Ive ever been to. I ended up speaking to the owner for about 20-30 minutes (it was near closing on a Sunday so not many customers) and when I got home the cheese was no longer melted but the sandwich was one of the best Ive had there. The owner told me how he had bought the store a year and a half ago and it was his mission to make it one of the most successful. He had a real sense of pride in the store and his responsibility to provide good, healthy food to us customers. This is his only store so he said he works there most days a week but even if hes not there hes trained his employees to provide the same level of service that he does and to maintain the facilities with the greatest level of attention. This man should really own a Five star restaurant because of his passion for his work but instead we are all lucky to have him here! Will absolutely return for another sub soon!

I recently visited the Subway in Middletown NJ... apart from the warm welcome the stores fragrance gives, it is outdone by an even warmer hello from the owner... the food is excellent, well-prepared, and delicious... many people had told me that the change in ownership was for the better.... I feel as though that is an understatement, because the restaraunt is amazing! Everyone is so friendly, and I hope that anyone reading this stops here for a great meal!

Couldnt agree more with fellow reviewers. Rahul was awesome.. accomodating and professional, he truly made our experience that much better! Being vegetarian, he made our subs extremely satisfying, even giving extra veggies as per our request! The store is clean and everything was as fresh as you could hope, and more! By far the best Subway we have ever been too. We wish we lived closer!

Excellent Customer Service ! I have never that good of a service from any of the Subway restaurants in my life ! They gave us a free cookie for all of the kids. All the employees are so nice. Every other subway I have been to, the employees make it a big deal to give an extra napkin. This place is pretty good. I definitely recommend this place for everyone.

Went to subway for the first time and had a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service. The prices are extremely reasonable, even cheaper than I expected. On our way out they even asked to make sure the sub we ate (oven-roasted chicken) was to our satisfaction. Will definitely be going back soon. Found a new gem.

I LOVE this location. My husband and I go there very often and we always get recognized and greeted with a big smile. The staff (specially the owner) who work there are extremely friendly and fast. They make great sandwiches with fresh vegetables. The display is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this location.

Best in class. My family and I picked up dinner here on the way to 4th of July activities. The shop is clean and neat. The food is fresh and tasty. The staff was engaged and friendly, at a price point that anyone can afford. Cant miss.
