The environment is very pleasant and this is of course coupled with delicious food. There was only one occasion when an employee rolled her eyes at me when I politely asked if she would not mind checking to make sure that she did not mix up my bowl with the person next to me (it was very busy and it was obvious that the food was being prepared faster than it could be "rung up." and as a result the employees seemed a bit confused as to which orders belonged to which customers. The manager apologized because he witnessed my explaining to her that I cannot have dairy/gluten and she remained silent. I was very silly and apologized to her for bothering her. Yes, she continued to remain silent. The manager then comped my meal despite my expressing that was not necessary and I must admit as a result I did go back even though at the time I silently vowed to never again return. The girl does not seem to be there anymore and service could not be better!

Upon arriving my rice was burned. And I had to wait 5 minutes for new rice. When I got my rice it didnt even cover the bottom of the bowl. In the entire bowl was just a small handful of chicken and it was burnt as well. And the staff gave me crazy looks when I will ask them for just a little bit more when they gave me so little in the first place. More than one I took bites just cheese guacamole and lettuce and it was supposed to be a chicken bowl. I was more than halfway done with my bowl before I actually hit rice and chicken. Overall I didnt find the food that satisfying. I love Chipotle but this Chipotle needs to change things up. #getyourshittogether

I just went there today to get burrito bowls and the service was fast, but they were not even a bit friendly. They didnt refill any of their meats so all I got were 7 pieces of steak on my burrito bowls but was still charged the full price. They also did not close the burrito bowls well and they spilled all over my car seat and floor. As a regular at other Chipotles, I can say this one is truly a shame to the other stores.

delicious, fresh, nice clean restaurant, and great service!!!!! i went there recently for the first time and well... after willys in r.b. closed i lost my favorite place to eat (not the cleanest place but excellent cheese steaks. willys and almost all the people working there were nice!!)... i have been to chipotle three times since(over the past two weeks). i think i found my new favorite place!!!

The only bad experience Ive ever had here is a long line at dinner time, but most of the times it isnt that long. The food and staff are great. Ive never had burned meat or unfresh ingredients in my food here, no complaints at all! The employees also manage to keep the inside of the store pretty decently clean as well.

Food was fresh like always. A good employee will double wrap your barrito if they are really struggling to seal the deal. That good employee was nowhere to be found here. I had to eat my barrito with a fork ruining the whole "barrito" experience I was craving. Other than that the place was clean and well organized.

I just found a ring in my burrito at this Chipotle location. The employees laughed when i brought my burrito with the ring covered in rice to their attention. They dont take food handling or their customers seriously. Whatever you do, dont eat here. They should be inspected by the NJ Dept of Health and shut down.

Worse chipotle ever. The management instructs the staff to provide smaller portions. They charged me for a burrito I didnt order and they said they credit it and didnt. Not to mention that the restroom was dirty and the music too loud. I recommend going to the redbank location. Much nicer

Just got lunch there today. There was something wrong with the computer while they were swiping my card. The manager said here is your food have a great day and I got free lunch just because they didnt want me to wait. Awesome place! Nothing but love.

Chipotle in eatontown, good service 4 food , they need to clean the tables more often, so that the customers can sit down in a clean enviroment, was there 20 minutes , not 1 area was cleaned by employees. ?????

DO NOT place online orders for this location! Ive done it twice and NEITHER time was my order actually made, I still had to wait once I got there. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering online!

Average fast Mexican. Hands down better than the Qdoba place but there is not much here...food court kind of place. If you want a quick decent burrito you would be hard pressed to find a better fit.

Order what you want from options like burrito, bowl, quesodilla, and more. Then order what food you want in it from options such as: beans, rice, meat, veggies, salsa, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce!
