Very rude delivery guy! He begs for tips and dont deliever my food accurately. He forgot a portion of my order and when I called back immediately after checking, they asked me to come into pick it up or PAY the delievery guy $2 extra (delivery fee). I said no because its not my fault they forgot what I ordered and paid for. Anyway they failed to get my avocados to me after I told them I am pregnant and on bedrest. When I called the lady who takes the orders was very rude and nasty, saying theres nothing they can do about it and the driver wont deliever just avocados. Wont be ordering from there again.

Ive been eating at sakura Japan for about 3 years now in south orange nd Livingston. I Always order the chicken nd shrimp together with white rice. I decided to give this place a chance nd the food was very disappointing! The chicken was cooked from earlier, the chicken was dried nd burned with no kind of teriyaki sauce. The shrimp was another story they put steam shrimp on top of the chicken, Instead of cooking the shrimp nd chicken together. Im sorry but this was dog food comparing to the other location....

Ordered seamless once and food was a bit later then the estimate. So so good but really cheap for teriyaki. However now this is the second time and its two hours since I placed the order and the restaurant is about to close. Called and they said their driver left an hour ago for the round. Anyway food came in cold and really tasteless.

This Place Is Very Rude And Distasteful, Spoke With a Awful "Girl" That Wasnt Respectful At All, Ask For The Manger Twice For Reasonable Reasons, Called Multiple Time Reason Because That "Girl" Kept Hanging Up. After , "Manger Answered, Wasnt Surprise. As Rude As That "Girl" Just Pretending He Couldnt Hear Me And Hung Up.

Ordered chicken bento box, three rolls of sushi, chicken dumplings, spring rolls and bubble tea for my family. Took way too long, chicken was all dark meat with gristle and taste gamey. The sushi was gross. My cat wouldnt eat it -seriously she would not. The tea was funky colored and a weird after taste. Threw it all out.

The food is great! Ive ordered from them many times for take-out but today was my first time doing delivery. Omg their delivery guy was terrible! He tried to hustle me for more tips telling me I dont need all my change and that he had 2 babies at home! Id never do delivery from them again so unprofessional

Food is good when dining in!!! however, never get it delivered , very slow and the driver is greedy for Tips!! service is poor when it comes to delivery. My wait times has literally been a hour plus and I live 5 mins away. Food is almost cold by the time it gets to you!
