The service by our server was decent . Food was superb . HOWEVER, Owner Jen was extremely rude to myself and other patrons when regarding to simplify a bill . She told us to " get a calculator out" as well as snatched payment from another patron in my party . I told the owner paying is not the issue however the way you speak to people especially in a dining experience . I told her that the way she spoke to us was very off putting and could be considered rude. I was further insulted when asked " where are you from , linden?" . Not discouraging linden or any of the wonderful cities / boroughs / townships in New Jersey , but I found this statement to be very discriminatory and out right disrespectful . As someone who is highly educated , I can tell when someone is not worried about their customers or their experience at their establishment . This is my FIRST and LAST time in this restaurant !

Service was no good. Waitress was not attentive what so ever. I came here because the reviews were great. She messed up my order and my friends order..my friend is allergic to avocado and she gave her California rolls she took a bite out of the California without noticing and her tongue got swollen immediately..she gave me the wrong order and completely denied that she got the order wrong making it seem like I was at fault. After our meals got fixed and we were Finished. I literally had to go up to her and ask her for the bill we were sitting there waiting for her to come for a good 20 minutes. I am very disappointed. I will not be coming here ever again.

Wow! Horrible customer service! They need an attitude makeover! They made a mistake with the order and when they dropped off the actual dish they threw it in front of me and instead of saying "so sorry about that" she was beginning to talk to the table adjacent to us to see if they were ready to order. Totally ignored me! And she charged me for the first dish on the check. I wasnt even going to go there. I will never be going there again even if they have some good dishes.

Its usually empty when Im here but I do t understand why when the rolls are great and the service is good. The owner or hostess can use a little training in associating with customers but the food is very good.

To be fair, the food is good the sushi and sashimi is fresh. The owner/lady owner is a very rude and unprofessional person. She has very little manners and that is why Im only giving this restaurant a 3 stars.

Food was good, service was terrible. Everytime we needed something we had to wave the waitress down. She never came to check on us. I had to stand up and ask for the check or Id still be sitting there.
