Decided to try this restaurant one day for lunch. I picked up the food since they dont do delivery. I picked three rolls, and had planned to share with another coworker. I picked 3 pretty safe choices since I didnt how how the quality of the food would be. Once I got there to pick it up, both workers were very nice and personable; however, the food was bad. The rolls tasted old and not fresh whatsoever. The cucumber was not crunchy, the avocado with a brown tinge, and the seafood was not fresh. The menu also states that the 3 sushi roll lunch special was $15.95, and the other dish that another coworker ordered was $10.95; however, my bill was $32.00 which I feel like I got ripped off with. I wont be back here or be recommending this to any others. There are numerous others in the area to try instead.

Ar first I thought this place was just another basic Japanese restaurant but after ordering food and talking to my waiter I quickly changed my mind. The waiter was really great, not overbearing but still really helpful and nice. He helped me pick food that was within my dietary constraint and wasnt dismissive about it. Our rolls were made to order and all the food was very fresh. The Bokumbap (Korean fried rice) was extremely tasty. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Food was not bad for small town. Prices seemed pretty consistent with other places I have been too. Waitstaff seems to be local high school kids. Overall if you dont want to travel too far to eat sushi then this place is good enough. If you want authentic great sushi you should venture to areas closer to the city.

This is our go to place for Sushi and other Japanese dishes. Excellent presentation, very fresh, the owner micro manages everything leaving the kitchen. Majority of the staff is family. Very creative in his dishes.

Came here for the first time and we were so impressed. The owner was wonderful. The food was spectacular. Best sushi weve ever had. Food is fresh, clean restaurant, lovely ambiance. We will be regulars now!

I ordered takeout and was skeptical because it was so tucked away in Emerson. But it ranks with my top sushi places. Kinda expensive but well worth it. Definately going back
