I went a few years ago and it was probably the worst customer service dining experience of my life. Sarcastic waitress- I asked for a straw and she said "would you like me to drink it for you too" and some other snide comments. We had questions about some of the entrees and it very much bothered her. Really? She has to be fired by now but if not she must have been part of the family business if not. Food was pretty ok for a few I was with. But mine and another friends meal was bad. She told us the manager "stepped out ". But for 2 hours?? Yeah right.

This was my 3rd time ordered from there. I was so excited b/c the food is great. I placed the ordered at 10:50 AM, and called twice for my food and it came at 12:30PM. I asked for blush sauce and i got an oil sauce they also forgot my broccoli . I will never ordered from them again. Thanks for ruining the one meal i was excited about all week.

Good food, fast delivery. I just hate when you rush to get home to beat the 9pm close, you call at 10 til 9 and they say " Well we close at 9" , WHY DONT YOU JUST SAY WE CLOSE 9ish . NEVER AFTER BUT possibly before. just sucks that I order all the time and it means nothing. Im posting this because of tonight and its still not 9pm

Our office orders from here 1-2 times each week...so much they even named a salad after our company (try The Maverick). Its delicious, and they go out of their way to give good service / fast delivery. My faves -- Chicken Tricolor, Pesto Chicken salad

Same story different day. Great food horrible service. From the girl that answers the phone to the driver. It has to be ignorance because I dont believe a business could survive in conshohocken with such horrible customer service.

My food took forever to get here. Was cold when it arrived. The bottle of diet coke I ordered was swapped for a Ginger Ale. And then I discovered a hair in my food. I wont be ordering from here ever again.

Best Bolognese sauce. Put it on any pasta for about $7 along with a Caprese salad (share - its big) & youve a great meal for a song.
