The bald man answering the phone began raising his voice while on the telephone because he couldnt figure out why I wanted a large white rice with my order. I also told him that yhe extra charge was not a problem. I asked him to refrain from speaking to me in such a tone and he continued. I asked him to speak to me with respect and he hung up. I drove to the store and preceeding to explian to him that his customer service was not very good. The food here is great, but I do not appreciate being yelled at because of his difficulty understanding my requested order. He ended giving me a free shrimp fried rice.

Best Food in Town is a typical, small local, Chinese restaurant specializing in fast Chinese takeout. You can eat in but theres only a few tables. Ive been going here for years and always enjoyed my meals. The service is typical. Nothing to write about, good or bad. Overall if you are in the neighborhood and want Chinese takeout then this is the place to call!

I asked if the dumpling on the picture that was on there menu was steamed or fried. And cook flipped out on me, i guess he was having a bad day and for the reason Ill never order food there again.

Never had any problems or issues. Wish they delivered though and finding a spot to park is usually a pain but the food is good
