I ordered food for the first time at 7:15pm and I only ordered a few things. I asked when I called how long it will take and I was told 30 minutes. Ok perfect. I should expect food by 7:45-8. Im not one to complain but 8:15 approached and I called and apparently the food was on its way. Great Im only 4 blocks away so they must be close. But then it was 8:40 and I called again and I got the same answer. So I just made my own food at home since my food apparently wasnt coming. The driver comes to my house at 9:15pm and I told him I no longer wanted the food. Not sure what the food tastes like but I guess Ill never find out. The delivery service was absolutely horrible.

Ordered a $20 order of food, they took over an hour and a half to deliver so I fell asleep accidentally. Called the next morning to get a refund or a reorder since I never received my food and my card was charged. I was confronted by a very rude person on the phone who used profane language while screamig and telling me to call the police. NEVER EVER ordering from here. TERRIBLE customer service what a shame. Still don’t have my food or refund.

If I could rate this restaurant, it would be no stars! Im not ever from around this part of the city and Im very disappointed. First, they delivered me the wrong food; along with no sauses in the bag. Then the driver told me that she needed my receipt. For what? Well thats because they knew they delivered me the wrong food and then told me I had to pay an additional 2.00 for what I oringally ordered. Never again!

This place has done in and takeout. No table service. Appears clean and is open. Decor is dated. I ordered General Tso chicken lunch special for $535. Large portions. Rice and chicken seemed fresh. Food was good. Staff friendly. They seemed to have busy delivery service which always a good sign. I would recommend based on first impressions.

I placed an order and they sent me old food. I called back and they were to replace the food. Upon calling back an HOUR later they hung up on me. I called several times and kept getting hung up on. I will NEVER order from this place again. HORRIBLE customer service. OLD food. And DIRTY drivers.

Been waiting 1 and a half hours for delivery. Already paid. Called and the guy said, "Hes on his way," and hung up before I could say anything else. Still waitin. Forget this place. Even if its your last resort, its worth your time to find a different place to order from.

used to be good and get free stuff on certain purchase but not anymore food quality and quantity decrease after changing owner. now no more free stuff with delivery no matter how much you spend. time to say goodbye for good. shame on you new owner.
