This location has always had issues with timely service, but that problem has become exponentially worse in recent weeks. Normally there is no way I would wait five minutes or more to have my order taken either by drive thru or at counter. I first went to walk up service where there were 2 people in.line ahead if me, both of whom had been there in excess of 15 minutes and they had not ordered yet. To make that worse, the person who was first in line st the counter was clearly complaining about the length of time her order was taking to prepare. I decided to try my luck at drive thru. When I pulled my car up to the speaker I did get a "be right with you" acknowledgement, but clearly I was abruptly forgotten after that. Normally I would just hav ed left, but this time I chose to wait it out just to see how long it would take before I got attention ftom the staff. After 20 full minutes I blew my horn to remind them I was there, but I must also add that during that time 3 cars came and went thru the other drive thru lane. This indicates substantial issues in logistical management and customer service. My order was small and as result did not take an inordinate amount of time to arrive, but with viritually so few customers and so many ppl apparently working, there is absolutely no excuse for the outlandishly slow service. Its hard to fathom how this location remains in business.

I dont usually write bad reviews but, this place was horrible. The greeter sounded like she had an attitude. Then had a another person take the order. Not only did I wait for a while, but they got my order wrong after they confirmed my order at the window. I will never go there again. The company should have a secret shopper come every now and then and retrain those in need. I use to work in retail and know the feeling of "not wanting to be there" at times but at the end of the day, its about providing excellent customer service. My bf asked why was I nice to them the whole time? I told him because thats how people should be treated.

Unpredictable hours. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes, and no one responded on the speaker. Drove around front and saw that there were 2 employees inside, and the lights were all still on. I double checked the hours of operation, which was 10 am - 2 am. This location took it upon themselves to close early, and the employees didnt care enough to notify me or the 4 other cars waiting in the drive through that they were closed early. Unacceptable for a major food chain.

I can only speak to my experience here so, I walked in and say at the outdoor tables. The service was very timely inside. The worker had my food ready within maybe 30 seconds after the order. I got the chicken bite box which for 2 bucks chicken bites and fries is great. The only fetus I like our checkers.

Always have to wait to long to be acknowledged at the speaker. Ordering Buffalo wings is a joke. They are never done or they never have enough i got 9 pieces instead of 10 last time. Then they alwats want u to park or come inside for them. As the wait isnt long enough!!!!!!

The food is always on point. The drive thru can take quite some time, but its expected with a fast food spot with limited personnel to work both windows. It may be the only one we have, but its worth taking the drive to get some good eats.

Food here is so much better than other fast foods ...everytime I came here it was great service and the people were nice and welcoming...although the neighborhood is quite rough I will still continue to come here :)
