I always have a problem with this place. Half the time the produce is rotten or rotting on the bottom of the package. The prices are higher than my local supermarket for the majority of items. Most of all, there is no customer service. Checkout is a disaster, cashiers chatting with customers while the frozen items defrost - then they wont go back and get a fresh one for you. They just dont care. I hate shopping here and will not renew my membership. Costco was much much better.

The staff at BJs are excellent! Customer Service at this store is outstanding. If I need help finding something, it seems as if they have nothing else to do except help you. Anyone can see they are busy, hardworking people. It is refreshing to have a retail store staff that are both kind & helpful. Friendly from the cashiers, customer service desk & management team (Duracell Dan) to the receipt checker.

Not good, Manager is not friendly several times he was extremely rude. Our family spends 700 or more a month there and he didnt want to discount a Cpu sample model that was not reduced yet and was supposed to be anyway. We will be spending 700 a month at Costco now, it may be further but they have better wipes and a gas station.

Just got my membership a few weeks ago, so worth it! Everything is super cheap, they have so much better of a selection compared to Costco, such as more electronics, and the people are so friendly! Definitely suggesting to friends and family to sign up!

This place can get busy on weekends, but the prices and the staff cant be beat. The management team here really stands out and does an amazing job keeping things humming along while self-checkout registers get cranky.

Clean. Fresh produce. Staff is friendly. Very large parking area. They have self checkout lanes which are great but can be slow if someone has an issue.
