1000 Degrees Pizza is located across from the Bridgewater Shopping Mall. They have a chipotle-style ordering bar where you can pick toppings if youd like or you can order off the menu. There is ample seating and a warm atmosphere. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and the pizza is cooked to perfection in a quality oven. The only problem that I experienced with this establishment was the pitiful competency of the chef crafting the pizzas. This pizzeria has all the ingredients of success, yet the assembly was the fatal flaw. Perhaps it was just the time that we were there, or maybe the staff member was new, who knows? I can assure you that a tomato pie does NOT look like what I was served. Just putting four blobs of sauce on cheesy bread does not make a tomato pie. How foolish I was to think they could pull off a classic pie. The pizza even tasted halfway decent despite the shoddy construction. The sauce was good enough (though not enough was used for the plain pie in my personal opinion) and the cheese was fresh and tasted excellent. The crust was somewhat plain, but good enough for a "chain" pizzeria. Overall, the pie wasnt bad...though if it were crafted with more care, it could have been a serious contender. I have half a mind to return and hope that the next time I get a competent cook.

This is like the "Subway of Neapolitan Pizza". You select the ingredients (sauce, cheese, toppings) that you want, walking down a counter similar to a Subway. Alternatively, you can also select options that are preset (like Pizza Margarita for example). The pizzas are then thrown into a very hot oven (maybe 1000 degrees???) and cooked fairly quickly. You wind up waiting for maybe 5-10 minutes for the pizza to cook. The decor is clean and looks new, although isnt thrilling. There is an okay amount of seating and plenty of pizza seasoning and toppers. The soda machine is one of those fancier touch screen Coke machines with lots of option. And of course, the pizza itself is good. But "good" as in good for a quick pizza and not as equivalent to going to Italy. But its a good price and a short wait. So 1000 Degrees is a good place for a quick pizza that you can make yourself.

The atmosphere was trendy and up to date. The staff was extemely friendly and welcoming. And the pizza was ok, the plain pizza was a bit sweet for my taste...but it seems like the specialty pizzas hit home with my family. What is stopping me from wanting to return is how expensive it is, as well as the burnt bubbles all around the crust...the burnt pieces were beaking off all over and leaving a weird taste in my mouth and my son said so too. For one fountain drink and two tiny pizzas it was nearly $20. I may go back again....but I could get so mucn more elsewhere for the same price so its not likely. For me the saving grace is the atmosphere and the good attitude.

Well this would be a blow out place if it was anywhere but NYC metro. I dont know if they realize we have real brick-oven pizza at multiple "hole in the wall" Pizza shops. Well the food was ok it still taste like manufactured pizza... I would go to a real brick-oven pizza joint! Where they dont take away the authentic Italian taste! I dont mind this place - but there are so many brick-oven pizza joints that I would recommend over them!

Real Neapolitan pizza! I love how fresh their pizza is! They make it in front of you and it is cooked by the time I get my drink every time. Normally fairly busy, but lines move super quick, Friday is our pizza day, and since 1000 opened last year, I cannot remember going anywhere else. If you havent tried this, and you fancy yourself a pizza lover, you need to get to 1000 degrees fast.

I really badly wanted to like this place. Slow service even when theres no crowd (Been there on several different occasions) I hate telling clients when they ask my opinion. :-( The finished product is everything just falling off your over-floury slice and you having to scoop it up bit by bit. Since its new, maybe itll take time to improve...I hope.

It took a few tries before my husband convinced me to love this pizza. The ability to walk in and customize a pizza and walk out in 5 to 10 minutes is amazing. I have always had great service but today in particular, Juan was my pizza sensei and he was very professional, nice and patient while I stun led through my order. Good crew all around.

1000 Degrees is no joke the best pizza around! Highly recommend make your own or the Smokey Pollo and The Philly Cheesesteak Pizza with balsamic onions... out of this world! and great prices. If you are by the Bridgewater mall, stop by the Village and give this place a try and you will be hooked.

2 minute pizza made to order! Really, it is the best pizza in the area. If you find it underdone, ask for double cooked. I have notice some like a heavier blackening on the crust. It has become my daughters favorite pizza. Every Friday she asks to split a pizza with me.

Slow service on multiple occasions, messed up orders for my friends and me a few times there. On top of that, closes an hour early...never eating there ever again. I do not recommend this location for poor management and leadership.

Pretty good experience. I did take out and the staff were nice. Toppings fell off pizza though. The crust was really good and the cheese actually didnt fall off! This is a pretty good place to go for pizza!

Coming from a guy who isnt that big a fan of pizza, this place is awesome. And the fact that the pizza only takes 2 minutes to cook and comes out steaming hot, is even more awesome.

Ordered a 14" pizza. They were out. Instead of refusing my business or offering me something else they gave me two 10" pizzas for the same price as a 14". Great quality no complaints.

OK pizza not bad for a quick bite. Lots of toppings / variety but really depends on how well the person behind the counter throws it all together.
