I guess his name was Rich.. because they kept calling him when I was on line waiting to order. Finally Rich came to the register ( after rolling his eyes at another employee, like he was bothered by another customer coming in) . He walked up with a dirty sweatshirt that was not Burger King attire and took my order like he just wanted me out! Then another customer came in after me and yet again yelling for Rich! He came out and looked at his employees and as he rolled his eyes he let its big sigh!!! REALLY??? Tell rich that HE filled out the application to work there!! Not me!! So dont take it out on your customers if theyre hungry at 7:15 pm!!! Customer service was terrible and he looked like he hasnt washed his clothes in weeks!!! GROSS!!! Never again!!!

because of there fly problem on the floor last time i went there i was annoyed by that one fly so i know bugs in restaurant are annoying but its also can tell u what might be going behind the scene that they might be hiding mine self would love to see a restaurant by an offical health inspector to really tell us where to eat and safe to and where to stay away from the star rating

This place is absolutely disgusting and not pleasant at all, the manager is nasty and rude, the staff are unexperienced and very unprofessional , the place is dirty. I would never ever ever go here again! Even if I did like burger king this place is repulsive!

Everyone is always confused. Only the Asian manager gets things done properly. (No offense intended he just didnt have a nametag for me to refer his name). But speed wise they r fine n taste wise no disappoint. But staff is a turn off

Stopped in late after trying to find someplace to eat after visiting a family member in the hospital. It was 15 minutes before they closed and they helped us graciously, efficiently and most importantly, friendly. Thank you so much!

I went here just to get a peaceful dinner and The cashier was jumping all over the place acting very suspicious, the place was very dirty even found ants near the soda machine. I will never go here again.

They got the order wrong - I ordered cheese on my chicken sandwich - husband no cheese on his burger and they did the opposite. We ordered a meal but they only did the sandwich
