Manager is very rude. When he messed up my order and I told him I could not have that stuff and thats why I ordered plain, he seemed annoyed. No apology was given and he returned about 5 minutes later with the correct order looking like he was upset even more. My co-workers and I use to order from the drive through and take it to the mall food court, but not anymore. Our order is always incorrect or over cooked. Not sure whats going on with this management.

Employees seem to be inattentive most times because how can you ask someone at the drive up window "you ordered a large drink and fries" Mind you there was NO One in line behind me! Not being that busy and asking that, shows me the level of inattentiveness. Its not that hard of a job, especially when you have just one car in line!! Absolutely horrible service and quality of food. Believe all bad reviews you read, theyre true!

Since we moved near to this location, the management upgrade here has food quality and service near the top of the BK range. Nice people, very accommodating. Special orders really DONT upset them. Not a very good play area if youre bringing little ones to dine in - youd be better off at the Willingboro location on 130. But, as I said, nice people and well run.

You would think 3rd times a charm.... wrong! Cheese and ketchup only got converted to pickles and ketchup only this time. Drive thru screen does not work or else I would have caught it. Time frame took 7 minutes after ordering not to mention the 15 minutes of waiting to order. If your picky about food I do not recommend to go to this one.

The manager was rude. The food took almost 20 minutes. No apologies. No smiles. Had to wait for four minutes to even get someone to attend to me. And I had to ask if I could get some help before the manager straddled over and was shaking his head because I asked for help. Rotten experience. Dont bother going there.

Not very good ask for malt instead of soft drink after I pay they tell me malt machine is out of order, then they dont want to refund difference. Wont go there again, second bad experience at Burger King, last one was in Coldwater Michigan they where very rude and racists towards Hispanic friend that was with me

It may be me,...but these establishments are starting to irk me with "nit-pick" criteria on Military discounts. Not allowed on Dollar menu items. Entire order was $9.00,...so .90 cents off????Maybe it is Trump in office changing the attitude toward US government related entities.

Ordered a bacon whopper. It was beyond salty. I thought it was the bacon. Took the bacon off and it tasted the same. Upon further inspection I found a a thick layer of salt and pepper beyond normal. DISGUSTING. took it back and demanded a refund. Will never go back there

Just got a chicken parm sandwhich today that seemed like it wasnt fully defrosted. The middle didnt looked cooked at all and was so hard I couldnt even bite through it. The most disgusting sandwhich Ive ever gotten from a fast food place.
