Sonic isnt very common in this area, so I was definitely excited to see one opening up locally. On the whole Ive found everything on the menu to be quite good, and its really the only drive through place you can get certain things like chilli dogs or tater tots, so it gets points just for uniqueness. That said, this particular Sonic location has some trouble with their service. While everyone is very nice there, almost every order Ive placed has had something wrong or missing. Which is kind of incredible, given that the order comes up on a screen and they even read it back to you. Granted the location is very new and there are bugs to iron out, but that only goes so far.

First and last time there. I ordered at the spot where theyre suppose to walk the food up to you, waited 40 minutes and nothing. So I pressed the button again and they tell me they threw my food away because they put it in as a drive through order. So I went to the drive through and no one was answering , so I went up to the window . They were giving out drinks from other peoples orders they messed up. Then once I get home with my popcorn chciken theres 4 pieces that look like they were torn in half to make 4. I will never go back .

Under staffed!! Everyone in the place handles your food. No protective gloves! I had to go inside to get my order after ordering it from the drive-up, because the car in front of me was taking forever to get their order. When I went inside, I almost fell on my butt because the gray tile floor was mopped with a Greasy Mop from the Kitchen Im sure!! The floor was very slippery... When I finally got my Chicago Hot Dog I ordered. The Bun was so soggy I could not even hold it. I threw it out!! . Very disappointed!

Must be the heat...we just brought home 4 shakes and all of them were soupy!! Since we usually get good service and great shakes there, I would still recommend going, but in this heat wave they should tell customers if the quality isnt on par with other days. What a waste! The one shake was so runny it leaked all into my cup holder and caused a huge mess in my car. Also ordered the concrete custard and it looked just like a regular shake, nothing like the picture.

They played white people music the whole time. It was too cold. Chairs are hard and we got a bootys too. It was empty,made us felt awkward. Couldnt order through the drive in because it only accepted credit card. Presidential campaign and sports were playing on the tvs. I would have much rather watched spongebob.

Boo, the Sonic burger didnt taste right and the tots had an odd aftertaste. But what is most disturbing is that they looked at me funny when I used the drive up kiosk and not the drive through. Ive been to a dozen Sonics across the country and this one was a huge let down.

Sonic isnt trying to be healthy, so I only go there when Im in a certain rare mood. I think it tastes better than the other major fast food brands, but I wish I knew more about where their beef comes from and the contents of the paddies (filler to actual meat ratio).

Coming from Florida it was nice to see they finally put one in Ewing were i grew up...its good to be able to find a great shake..thats not soft and watered down like Burger King McDonald and Wendys...plus they make a way better and bigger burger..

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a "Grape Cream Slush" they give me a regular one. When I tell them about it, they act like its my fault. place seems to be run by children with severe attitudes. Only 3 stars because that grape cream slush is fire

This location is very clean and I was very impressed with the employees there. He repeated the entire menu and specials from memory and he suggested his favorites. The manager was a down to earth lady that was a pleasure to talk too.

Very slow service. They messed up my order 2xs. They were rude towards me when I asked for a refund because the final order was cold and still not right!!!! Dont go there its always a hassle and youll wait for forever !!!!

The beverages at Sonic are awesome and come in a large variety. Even has sugar free. The unsweetened iced tea is excellent (hard to find). And if you want a refreshing treat, try their Orange ice cream slush... its ds bomb!
