I ordered what was billed as a frozen drink...it was creamsicle flavored milk. But the worst part was the 2 girls working there. Im sure the drink was made incorrectly because they were too heavily engrossed in their own conversation to see what they were doing. I tipped $1 on the one drink, the girl watched me put it in the cup, then never said a word as she walked away to continue her conversation. Then the other girl brought me the drink(?), I said thank you and she, too, walked away without acknowledging that I was alive. Im sure this is a nice place and I hope it can overcome the uncaring help. This happened around 3pm on May 28, 2010.

Stopped in here to grab a cup of coffee and glad I did! This spot is hidden in busy Bay Village down a front alley and tucked in the back. It is not a large place but is crammed inside with all sorts of hot flavored coffees and specialty beans of all sorts as well as cold pressed and iced coffees. The staff is helpful and fast and prices are decent. Plus they have tea and other selections. I will be back!

I love this place and the little alley way its located in! The coffee is excellent and theyve got some cute merchandise. I really enjoyed the salted caramel iced latte. The girls who work in there are always very friendly. Its nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy your coffee while also enjoying the wonderful smells from the bakery next door!

Best coffee on the island... hands down. Excellent customer service. They have amazing fresh roasted coffee for purchase as well as an array of different drinks available. LOVE this place!

Best coffee ever, every time I have gone (which is every vacation now) the staff have been very responsive and the coffee is amazing. No seating inside but plenty outside in shade.

Hands down the best coffee in town. We love the selection and grinds at Cool Beans and always buy some to take home too. If you are down by Bay Village you need to stop in.

Best coffee on the island, friendly staff, and a wide selection of drinks. Its a bit hidden, but well worth checking out. An added bonus: this places smells amazing.
