Special Diets of all kinds welcome. I am grain free, low starch diet. They have vegan plates, gluten free, dairy free and regular healthy meals. The prices are unbelievably low for such healthy quality food. Our server had the best customer service I have ever seen. Caring for all of our unique dietary needs. Thanks J. She was awesome. They have great coffee according to 2 of the ladies with me. We all loved our dishes. Great place to eat.

Good, healthy food. No deep fried stuff, no dark meat. Their gluten-free options were great - pretty much the entire menu minus the breaded chicken fingers. Two of our kids are celiac so we were able to feed the whole family without fuss. If you feel the urge to add fries, Curlys is right beside it so grab a bucket there and have it with your dinner.

Such a nice break from most of whats available on the boardwalk! The banana whip with all fruit chocolate sauce + berries + slivered almonds was delicious and a good size for the price (my 4 year old ate about 2/3 for her lunch), and I loved the thai tofu wrap I ordered. Will definitely come here next time Im at the shore.

The BEST food in Ocean City NJ@! WISH THEY WERE OPEN ALL YEAR!! If you are a veggie/vegan/gluten-free or want fresh juice or banana whip (awesome!!) they have it all, and accommodate various dietary needs! Plus, the food is just absolutely wonderful! A must on 9th and OCNJ boardwalk!!!

Food was healthier than other options and portions were great and the prices were great. There was very limited seating inside so we were outside with many noisy and aggressive gulls, but thats not their fault. Waitress almost forgot about us but was very nice. Overall good experience.

Banana whips are a great "guilt free" dessert. Bashful has a ton of potential and often has tasty specials but their regular menu and setup indoors disappoints. When they have the fish taco special and outdoor seating is available, its a great stop. Otherwise take the whip to go.

Seems like a good place. The only downer is that they put bottled juice in their smoothies i.e. apple juice, cranberry juice etc. I do appreciate that the staff were honest about it.

Such a cute place with helpful and friendly staff. Love having a healthy treat option on the boardwalk, and banana whips are so great and very filling. Definitely recommend!

I had the upside down breakfast bowl. This was a unique change from the normal breakfast choices. Banana whip topped with fresh fruit and cheerios. Delicious and filling.
