We really liked this place and it was our 4th time here for sushi, and today we got our worst experience ever. My wife left literally in tears! We ordered "All you can eat" sushi and hot tea. The waiter was super rude, actually Ive never seen anything like that before, we had to ask three times for the tea and he just walked away like nothing happened, just ignoring us. Some of the sushi we ordered were totally fine, but some were very far from being fresh, so I just left those 4 (!) pieces on my plate. Im not that type of person who complains at restaurants, so I just paid for everything in my check and left a tip, like I normally do. As soon as I handed the money to the waiter, he started yelling at me "I will charge you for these" pointing at the 4 left pieces of stale sushi. I just paid in full for everything with tips, and now I had to pay again. He called the manager, even though I didnt ask, and they kept yelling at me together. They didnt want to hear that the food is not fresh and thats why I left it. The managers answer was: "Its like that in every restaurant". Unbelievable!!! They charged me $13 extra to my check for 4 uneaten pieces of stale sushi, because "you must (!!!) finish everything if you order all-you-can-eat", even at risk of food poisoning. I paid the extra $13, too, just to stop their yelling and leave. Save your dignity and dont go there! What a nightmare!!!

Searched online for quite some time and settled on this rather than 7nana in billerica. When we pulled up and saw the cheap exterior in the strip mall... We got a little worried. As soon as we started walking in the door, though, we felt a bit better. It looks VERY nice inside... They did about the best they could given the space and it works. There was a full many of Chinese, Japanese, and sushi, but we came for the all you can eat sushi buffet. It was $22.99, and it was all made to order. It was pretty good, and well made (except for the eel avocado roll that had way way way too much avocado). If you want sashimi or "fancy" rolls youre going to pay $1 extra per order, which was a bummer. Sushi, maki, and hand rolls were available as well as soup and seaweed, ginger, or avocado salad. Overall, a good deal.

All you can eat "sushi". Pros: All you can eat, fresh fish, decent price. Items made to order. Cons: HUGE rice ball tiny slice f fish on nigiri. Staff is less than friendly. They act like they are doing you a favor by serving you. Often slow service. Wait staff often speaks little or no English. Strict rules for how much you can order at once and how long you can stay. Coupled with the slow service, this limits "all you can eat", but is usually sufficient. NOTE: Sushi bar stops half an hour or more before the restaurant closes. They dont mention this unless you show up late.

Excellent. The atmosphere is very bright and open. The service is attentive, and very knowledgeable about the food. The food itself is excellent. I like spicy, so thats what I tend to get, and Chen Yang Li does it well. If you have wheat/gluten alergies, they have a gluten-free menu, and they are well aware of the potential problems, such as wheat in standard soy sauce. The servers can work with you and the kitchen to suggest alternatives which are gluten-free. Full bar, good drinks.

Best Chinese food I have ever had, hands down. The sesame chicken or beef are melt in your mouth deliciously tender and flavorful. Ill be back to try more. Its more on the expensive side compared to what you may be used to at a generic chinese restaurant but you definitely get what you pay for, the quality is there. The all you can eat sushi is great as well and a decent price considering it costs almost the same for 2 basic rolls at other places ive been.

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING!!! I ordered online and when I did not receive my order after 2 hours, I called them. They stated that my food was on its way. An hour later, our food had not arrived and I went to the restaurant. THEY NEVER GOT MY ORDER!!! They lied about the delivery. They said it was the second person it happened to today. After 3 hours, I did not get my food. This place is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately the All You can Eat Sushi is going down hill. We have always loved it here and raved about the sushi. Last night we ordered some salmon, tuna, and yellowtail sushi and they put double the amount of rice they typically do and much less fish on top. Of course we had a big group, so we now had 30 pieces of this and all this extra rice. So much rice you couldnt even fit a whole piece in your mouth.

This is the best chinese food Ive found since moving here. I really enjoy the crab rangoons! I got takeout so I cant say anything about atmosphere/service. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because its a little overpriced.. If you buy a luncheon it comes with rice and no appetizers, each added appetizer is $1.50 (even 1 beef teriyaki). I will definitely eat here again.

I am very particular about my food. Chen Yang Li has amazing food all the way around. Their staff are attentive and friendly. It is clean, elegant and affordable. This has become one of my favorite places to eat Chinese food. I stopped eating at other places because I have become so spoiled by the authentic flavors and great prices.

Amazing food! They have always been the top notch Chinese food restaurant around. Now with theyre new location, even better! My person recommendation is the $20 sushi buffet. Order up to 5 things at a time, and they will keep bringing you more. Just dont be rude and waste food, as they will fairly make you pay for it.

We are new to the area and have tried a couple of other Chinese restaurants that have not been anywhere near what we are use to. We tried this restaurant for the first time with a toddler in tow. Excellent meal, excellent service. We will not be looking any further.

Best sushi in town. Great prices. Food is amazing. Step up from your typical casual dining. Just make sure if you get the all you can eat sushi you only order what you can eat. They will charge you for what you dont finish. Start slow and it will be well worth it.

I think has become my go-to sit-down Chinese for the local area...a much newer location than the competition, it is not rundown, and the food was fresh...not tasting like it was made in larger batches and put on plates as folks order it. Over all, a good find.

Been going there for years - unfortunately its closed. Not sure when but I verified it with the Bedford branch on 11/26/13. Too bad, several "good" Chinese restaurants but few very good. Ill miss you and Grandma Chins spicy tofu.
