Chinese food is Chinese food, order from somewhere else that understands simple customer service principals and respects your money. I live one mile down the road, after 45 minutes I get a call from the driver and hes at the wrong address. (I ordered online, the address couldnt be more clear, no excuse) Another Half an hour later (hour and 15 minutes from when I placed the order) he finally shows up. I dont even get a simple "sorry." I placed a large order for the family, which is overflowing the single bag they stuffed it into. It was so full the bag couldnt close. So our bag is open, a box of chicken in the bag is open and visibly exposed. Maybe the driver got hungry? To top it off, the free crab Rangoons for ordering over $30 is not included. I call the restaurant and they refused to do a single thing. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants, choose another one that respects you. They cant comprehend making up for their mistakes one time, and doing the right thing, to keep my ongoing business. So disgusted. Will never order from here again, you should not either.

I ordered from new China despite the sketchy reviews on here but found it to be very pleasant experience. Best house special lo mein in town. Large portion and best of all the delivery was super fast when I made a reference to the driver about how fast that was he replied. "thats why new China the best!" And ran off
