Customer of Jade for years.. since GFang ownership..Recently had Grad party with takeout order for lots of food from Jade.. food was cold, wrong count, some over done.. they told us cooks called out.. Went down today .. they offered small refund on one item.. may take three weeks to process. Funny..when charging food it was applied immediately though.. We said we may not dine there again. Person on duty said he does not want us back anyway.. he said one customer wont break them... nice attitude..Well spread the word!

The food is certainly edible, but honestly, of the dozen or so Chinese restaurants within a 20-minute drive of this location, Jade Dragon is pretty near the bottom of the list. Yes, I can think of worse, but there are so many that are better. The time you spend driving into Bedford will unquestionably be worth it. But if youre not too concerned about the quality of the food, and you just want someplace you can get drunk and loud and fill your belly, Jade Dragon will do.

Ive been to Jade Dragon 3 times now. My favorite items on the menu are the General Gaus and Chicken Fried Rice. Both of these are much, MUCH better than from any other restaurant in the area. Their soups and crab rangoon are also decent for the price. I only took one star off because the spices they use on the beef teriyaki and teriyaki wings is awful - tastes like dish soap. My girlfriend likes them for some reason, so maybe you will too.

I drive down from Bedford and it is worth the drive every time. Food is always hot, tasty and consistent, and I never have to cross my fingers that my meal will be good that time around. Prices are about average, portions are excellent and I feel like I get my moneys worth. There is no shortage of awful Chinese restaurants in the 93/Everett corridor and I am happy to say this is one of the very few good ones.

Traditional new England style Chinese food at its best! If you grew up in the Northeast than you will love the food here, the poopoo for two is my favorite, the crab Rangoon and egg rolls are superior to all others. Keep your eye out for some great coupons in there menu, good deals all the time!

They got my order wrong three times over the phone. And then they got it wrong again in person. Their service is horrible and sometimes they are even rude. Their food is good, however, but it would be better if you actually got to eat what you ordered.

We have been to Jade Dragon several times in the last year. We found the food to be fresh and tasty! Restaurant is clean and staff is helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend for anyone to check for themselves. Will not be disappointed.

If you have children that dont like Asian food, dont try to bring something else for them to eat. You will be asked not to come back. Instead of getting some money, you will get NO money!

2007 - dont know if its gotten better since the bad reviews, but we order from here at least once a week and enjoy the food very much. Also fun karaoke Thursday nights.
