So arrived at 7:30 on a Friday night no big deal they told us 20 minute wait it took about 15 min. Sit down order quickly because we drove in to the drive in movie theater next door. We ordered pasta dishes and Im not a huge drinker but finished two. Took over and hour to get our food and the movie had already started so we rushed out with kids and left wife behind. We never complain but this was ridiculous. Manager told my wife what else do you expect on a Friday night what a little puke. My wife told him to get our food in under and hour would be nice. He took care of one plate for us but never again...also the hostes was really rude ...the only nice person was our server. Im sorry for the ownership of this place!!

The food here is fabulous and the staff professional but the biggest allure for me of this place is the environment. We often order drinks at the roof-top bar during the summer and watch fireworks over Lake Winnipesaukee at Weirs beach on Friday nights. We also like to dine on the lower deck outside to enjoy the fresh air. In the winter we eat in the lounge where we can watch sports on the big screens while reclining on leather couches. And in-between we have eaten in the indoor dining room with family and friends.

I gave Faro a chance twice. Last time I ended up ordering food in Lagos (Meredith) via phone, so its ready when I drive over from my table at Faros, after I sent back my inedible starter. Imitation Italian, mediocre and pricey for such bad kitchen. Dont let the white tablecloths fool you. Im from Europe, spent most of my time traveling Italy. Whats worse, that the service was rude and instead of taking the meal off my bill, I got a $10 gift card.

Ca me on a busy weekend but only waited 15 minutes. Great right? I wish, sat down and had a nice waiter. Went to order and the waiter seemed stressed. They ran out of broccoli and key meals. OK np. Then he came back and said they have never had this happen before. THEY RAN OUT OF PROPANE!!! They couldnt cook anything. So everyone had to leave. What restaurant cannot cook a meal? No backup plan? Crazy. Looked nice, but will not go back!!

ultra soupy chicken broccoli ziti, does anyone like a pool in their pasta dish? In the menu it sounded worth the $18, in reality, ill skip the rubber chicken next time. good live music and atmosphere on the porch so they get three stars there, but lose one because no sir you cant just get a refill in your coffee cup even though your girlfriend just ordered a separate cup.

4 of us had dinner visiting from Mass. And everything was great. Had chicken parm. And side of meatballs. Im really picky on meatballs they were the best Ive had at a restaurant. Our waiter was excellent. I wish this restaurant was closer to me. Truly worth it. Nice clean atmosphere. I never write reviews but they deserve a good one I was very happy leaving there.

The all new Faro Italian Grille is a fantastic dining experience. The meals are truly authentic and portions are substantial. The staff works very hard to make sure that you will want to return. Finally a great restaurant is located in the heart of Weirs Beach. Thank you to the owners for making a solid investment to the community.

Portions = amazing. With 11 people at our table, we had 11 empty plates. Cant recommend this place more!! Speed is what you would imagine for homemade Italian food. Instead of demanding food five minutes after you order, enjoy the company of family and friends. We will be back!!

Tremendous disappointment. I strongly encourage you to travel in either direction to Fratellos in Laconia or Lago in Meredith. Both are wonderful. Sadly, Faro falls short in nearly every category.
