The food was good the first time, but the service was terrible. One server bouncing back and forth, several tables left unclean with food on them. Took forever for refills and the check. Since the food was good we decided to try take out in our next visit, which was even worse. Different server this time with even worse results. The food was in three bags all unorganized and she spilled my bread pudding all over the bag but didnt offer to fix it. The bill was $79 which seemed high so I asked for an itemized receipt which upset her. I got an eye roll and grunt out of it and she said that I had to figure out the tax. Mind you she wrote it on a piece of paper instead of printing one, which they can do based on last time. 2 cans of soda were $5 and she charged $1 for each to go item, which isnt mentioned anywhere in the menu. Pasta and sauce were good, meatballs tasted like store bought frozen ones. Will not return.

I went here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend who has been a chef for 40 years. Everything was fantastic. The server was very prompt and friendly. We started with the fried calamari which was excellent, my boyfriend also ordered the lentil soup which and said it was the best he ever had. For our entrees I had the linguine al pescatore which was loaded with shrimp, calamari, clams and mussels and my boyfriend had the fish and chips which was mouthwatering as well. No complaints here. You must go check it out for yourself.

The best Italian cuisine outside of Providence, Hartford and Worcester. I started with Lobster Bisque, More a tomato base and very good. The Chicken francese melted in your mouth. and topped it off with a homemade Flan. The waitress Crystal was very accommodating and attentive. The Chef knows what he is doing If you want authentic Italian cuisine here in Thompson CT this is the place. Call for reservations on the weekend...

On Friday evening we decided to stop in to Monte Bianco for dinner without a reservation. It was very busy but we were seated within a few minutes. Our server Crystal was helping seat customers, take orders and serve food, but managed to keep up the pace and provided excellent service. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We even splurged and had dessert. We will definitely go there for dinner again!

Nice clean atmosphere, the server was friendly and very efficient. We had the clam chowder and Italian lentil soup. There just wasnt any flavor to them. I had the chicken parmesan and found the sauce to be very salty. My wife had the penne a la vodka and was not impressed.

The food here is absolutely delicious!!! You get large portions for low prices as well. Only downfall is there dont have a liquor license but you can bring your own wine to drink if you like. The place looks a little cheap but dont let that fool you! The food is fantastic!

Went to try it today Sunday Nov. 6, 2016. I really was disappointed to find it closed. A sign on the door specified open at 4:30. If your going to change Sunday hours you need to update website. Not impressed, wasted gas, wont be visiting again soon if at all.

Oh so good! Food is amazing as evidenced by the nearly steadily packed house. No alcohol served (no available licenses in town?) but you can bring your own. Very small place, they need to expand our found a bigger building, the did is so good that people will go!

Just eat here and the food was great. I had the Eggplant stuffed with Riccott. The wife had parmesan crusted chicken she said it was fantastic. They say dont judge a book by the cover. Thats the same with this place

Very friendly place.The food is delicious and guess what?You can bring your own alcohol drinks.I brought a bottle of wine and we enjoy with the sea food that we order.Very good meal and the servers are great.

Relaxed decor, and unbelievable food. Service was excellent. No more trips to Worcester for great food. Wow. This is a must for anyone in the ma/ct/ri tri state area. We will be back

Wow, this is a hidden gem. Doesnt look like much from the outside but the food is really good and interesting. It is BYOB but no biggie. Definitely worth it.

We have tried going here twice and there is a hand written sign in the door closed. Nothing else as to why or when/if they will re-open. Very unprofessional.
