If i could give this place nothing I would. First night, order was over an hour late and cold. Was credited for the pizza but not the rest of the food. Tried to apply the credit and had to contact the store personally and spoke to the manager... who later admitted she wasnt the manager just a team leader. Was charged full price, and when I asked why was left on hold. Called back, was told the "manager" had to contact the manager for instructions how to reverse it. As i write this, i have not been credited the amount. Later i signed for the bill and tipped the driver who drives all of five minutes to my house and was asked for by name. After I admitted i was he, the driver began to lecture me on how to behave and talk to people as I upset the "manager". Now, i never insulted, swore or said anything wrong, i pointed out with a bit of attitude the service is really bad, i should have been told she had to contact someone else instead of just leaving me on hold and that i wasnt thrilled. The store manager, who she could call to reverse the payment...which still hasnt been processed was able to answer that call but when i asked for her to call me because her driver insisted on instructing me in my own home not to voice complaints about bad service, couldnt be bothered to deal with it. I understand shes off until tues, but her driver just insulted me at my door step... i will adamantly try to convince people to never visit this awful place.

First and last time ever coming to this location. The girl at the front greeting area was very rude. We are a group of 5, she gave us 3 plates and 2 sets of silverware. Didnt bring us any napkins. We ordered boneless chicken and asked if they were hot or mild. And she said "mild" when we received the chicken it was plain chicken with nothing on it.. We let that one slide and just ordered buffalo on the side. We ordered the bacon spinach Alfredo pizza which had a pretzel crust. We received a white pizza with just bacon and Alfredo. Complained that it wasnt the right pizza so they said they would make a fresh one.. They took the pizza. And 2 minutes later brought back the same pizza with spinach leaves on top. The cook placed it on the table and said. "Heres your spinach" I just think the atmosphere was very unprofessional and rude. And I will not return.

My daughter and I went in a month ago, our server sat us at a dirty table from the lunch rush and then took 10 minutes just to greet us with drinks. We were the only customers in the building. We had no silverware so we took it off another table. Our pizza came out decent..but heres the kicker....our server said she would be back in about 10 min and she was going to take a break, and actually asked if it was OK?! I immediately cashed out and I will never be returning to this location ever agian. I have been coming to this pizza hut for 30 years and it has gone downhill!!! Dont waste your time or money at this location. Its trashy!!

We order from them on a regular basis because we love the pasta and their pizza. However at least 50% of the time the orders are wrong. We get pizza and no pasta or pasta and no pizza. Calling down to complain does no good they just offer our money back or free food but never strive to solve the problem of the poor customer service. The bottom line is they cant get their act straight at this location. It is no wonder every time you drive by the parking lot is empty. Pizza hut has great food but this location is just terrible in both delivery and sit down food. They will never get our business again.

I am a pizza fanatic and i always order stuffed crust, light sause and extra cheese. if been to so many pizza huts in nashua, manchester, milford ect and they always get my order wrong or dont know how to put extra cheese on ( which is my pet peeve) except for this pizza hut in hudson they always get my order right and its sooooo good. the staff is always awesome to! My 2 favorite pizza places in the nashua area are P.H in hudson and nashua house of pizza. the only place that beats these two is 3 brothers in seaside heights NJ

I order delivery from this pizza hut every 6-8 weeks or so, and me and my wife hit the lunxh buffet once in a while. The staff is professional and friendly. I stopped in for take out tonight which i mever do but im so glad i did. The customer service is just awesome. Anthony and Brandy were excellent. Im usually really nad with names, but i wont forget these two any time soon they are awesome.

I have been eating here for 35 years and never got a bad pizza. They did change to less sauce so I just ask for more. I always ask for extra sauce with sticks and they never charge. There is always a coupon or deal too. My one complaint was the family pasta box was not as big as advertised; too little for the price. Overall, I would recommend this place for deep pan pizza.

I have been to this pizza hut for 20 or so years. I can honestly say today was the last time I will ever go there. This pizza hut used to take pride in there restaurant, now it is a joke!!!! Absolutely filthy no pride. Pizza hut as a corporation should be ashamed of themselves. This place should be shut down.!!! Do not go to this pizza hut!!!!!

Waiting half an hour in store after arriving 25 minutes after ordering. Went back up and asked eta and told at least 20 more minutes!!!! What!!!!!! This is crazy. Others waiting forever also. Very understaffed!
