DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY TIME OR ENERGY... I ordered delivery the guy shows up with an order from HELL I CALL...they send it BK out EVEN WORST I DRIVE to the location and got a credit From the man. ( who turned out to be disrespectful, highly confrontational) On today I took a chance and ordered (only because of the store credit) The guy shows up with much attitude... WITH YET ANOTHER WRONG ORDER.... the man. Calls BK seeing as how I sent the food BK FROM Q BLOCKED NUMBER he called...yelling,cutting me off and plain ol nasty... I GO TO THE LOCATION and believe it or not have a screaming match with him..HES YELLING OVER CUSTOMERS assuming I am going to just choose somewhere else ..BUT HERE IS THE THING THE CREDIT WAS BASED ON AN EPIC ORDER FAILURE... WHY WOULD HE NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BK? DOESNT MATTER I CONTACTED corporate!!!! PLEASE STEER AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL...UNFIT.... DISRESPECTFUL LOCATION

I ordered more than an hour ago and my order wasnt a big order it was a medium pizza with 8 wings and a 2 liter soda. Its a Monday so I doubt its busy, I got a bit impatient by 45minutes so I called and they kept hanging up on me, so I called again and instead of pressing extension 2 I pressed extension number 1 because I wanted to talk to someone, anyone about my order. So the girl says that shes going to transfer me to the right person to talk to because she cant do anything about it, when she transferred me they hung up in like 30 seconds. Then it hit an hour and 10 maybe 15 minutes, ALSO the Pizza Hut is not far from my house, the gentlemen rung my doorbell and didnt have a good customer service , no smile , no hi or hey , no thank you or your welcome , he just told me to sign the receipt, then he left

Disgusting customer service, delivery times and quality of food. Order came 1h after it first said it was out for delivery, soggy and barely hot, with one item missing. Delivery boy clearly knew the order was wrong and was acting very sketchy, but since we didnt notice until we got the food inside we had to go through the trouble of trying to call the store itself, which just hung up constantly on us. 0/10 customer service. Used to be a regular, will be switching to DOMINOS now. Not worth the hassle for what you get.

The delivery service is completely unprofessional. They got my order wrong twice, and I had to wait over an hour and a half to receive my full, correct order because they had to continually return to the store. The driver tried to claim they didnt serve what I had already ordered only to be corrected by one of the other members of the people riding in the car. There was a car full of people who were eating pizza in the backseat. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

I order from them from time to time. One time I did and It didnt show up for over an hour lol I happened to be my birthday but the manager called me and ordered it himself and apologized. Stuff happens no place is perfect, my entire next order was free even though he said it was just a medium pizza. Tonight the driver thought my house was down the street but he crossed the street in the snow and apologized lol. People make mistakes but they definitely make it right

I ordered pizza at 10 oclock and payed with my credit card. The food never came and they charged my card. I called them and they were closed and wouldnt answer. The employees clearly dont care about customer service. I will be making sure the pizza hut company contacts the management to let them know how terribly they disrespect the pizza hut name. They did this to the wrong person, I have enough money and connections to shut down this chain

Dirty kitchen with an unprofessional staff, last time i picked up a pizza from this place all i heard was cussing from the back while i waited 5 minutes for someone to attend me. I cant believe pizza hut on warwick ave and resevoir closed they were 100x better.

We ordered the triple box and our pizzas had very little toppings (one was a pepperoni and cheese and the other was a ham a cheese, the bread sticks were hard, and the cookie was burnt. Everything was DRIPPING in grease! We will NEVER order from here again.

we ordered delivery twice. They had to cancel because they "ran out of drivers" the first time and had to pick it up. The second time which was today the car didnt want to start up so my whole order had to be canceled. Crappy customer service but good food

This place is untidy and pretty dirty. The pizza is tasty; however, it is oily and unhealthy, but its pizza hut. There are many good pizza places in Providence, which I suggest them for take-out.
