I contacted my local Pizza Hut for a delivery order today. Nothing complicated...2 Large Meat Lovers Pizzas. I was excited because I ordered online for the first time from Pizza Hut and they can text you when your order is on the way. At 1:57 p.m today, I got a text that said my order was on the way. No more than 9 minutes later, I got a call on my cell phone from the driver. She told me she was experiencing some technical difficulties with her vehicle and that she had my pizzas and will be there as soon as she can. Great gesture...Id want to know if my food was running late because everyone else at work was asking me where the pizzas were and I know how much traffic Route 2 can have on any given Saturday. Some time went by and I got another call from Pizza Hut. This time it was from the manager. He had informed me my driver had been involved in a car accident and he gave me the option to cancel or to make a fresh order for me. Considering I had yet to have lunch today and I also had several other people counting on these pizzas to arrive for their lunch, I opted to have a fresh order made for me. In as reasonable a time as one could expect given the circumstances, another employee showed up with our pizzas. They were hot and most certainly not the same pizzas from earlier. As much as technology makes our lives more convenient, its nice to have the human element show with a local business who is trying to do right by their customers. Our other driver could have had her vehicle totaled for all we know and one of her first concerns was to let me know my pizzas werent going to be delivered at the time a text message told me theyd be there. Kudos to this Pizza Hut. I look forward to future endeavors with this establishment. Also that Meat Lovers pizza was right on the money!

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Ordered an online box deal for lunch today. Estimated delivery time was around 2:10pm. When my order wasnt here at 2:26, I called the restaurant to make sure they indeed received my order. Called FOUR times and no one picked up. When someone did pick up, they hung up on me!! Once I finally was able to get through to a manager, he told me no one touched the phone. No apologies or anything. He wasnt even concerned with the fact that my food hadnt been delivered yet. When my food finally did arrive, 30 minutes late, the food was ice cold. Not to mention I had ordered cheesy bread sticks with my deal, and they gave me regular bread sticks...when I paid extra! I will NEVER order from them again. Such poor customer service.

Pizza Hut has my all time favorite crust!! Crispy, chewy & a bit greasy on the bottom!!! Awesome!! The staff at this location is wonderful! I usually order via mobile ap & when I go to pick up the pizza, something is always added & something is always cheaper than I thought! Which is pretty cool! Ive never had a bad experience....ever at a pizza hut! & Im grateful they dont deliver to my location or Id be eating it WAY too much!!

I ordered the other night from then and it took over an hr and a half for then to deliver my pizza. It wasnt a big order it was just a large pizza. I had to call the store muliple times to even figure out where it was and by the time it came the pizza was completly cold!!! This isnt the first time it has happened either. Wont be ordering from them anymore.

Both times we have been here, it has been less than stellar. The hostess/waitress is incredibly rude and even told us we did not order that when we told her she brought us the wrong stuff. The floors are filthy and so are most of the tables. It is better with the second visit, but not by much.

Saw an ad on t.v. and thought "I havent eaten at a Pizza Hut in ages" theres a reason. Service was good and quick but pizza tastes like it was cooked on cardboard.
