Went there for a simple lunch with my family. Took them 45 minutes for a simple panini, and soup! I doubt they were making the soup from scratch so the 45 minutes for the soup blows my mind. People who came after us were served before us, when we asked why it was taking so long, all we got was a smart Alec reply "I dont know how long it will take - you should just wait, we will get to it when we can". When we finally did get the orders, they were so small we had to go elsewhere to fill our stomachs which by that point were protesting I wanted to go to a local place - big mistake! I would have better off going to the Panera. At least someone there cares about customer service Terrible service - the people just didnt care!, expensive paninis. Yet another place that rips off tourists

My sister and I went here the first night of our weekend in Newport and loved it! Its a cute little place with a wonderful staff. The paninis are fantastic as well, not so overstuffed that the filling falls out, but the perfect portions of everything. We also had a great view of the street, perfect for a relaxing meal. We ordered at the counter and when it was ready, they actually brought it to our table. We highly recommend this place and will be back ourselves!

We ordered 3 sandwiches for pick up and were told theyd be ready in 15 mins. When I got there nearly 30 mins later (parking was a nightmare), they still werent ready. And they werent even worth the trip. The sandwiches were dry, flavorless, and overpriced--my $5 grilled cheese sandwich was nothing but a roll with a single slice of barely melted cheese in it. Utterly disappointed.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch yesterday. Lots of good vegetarian options. We split the caprese and roasted veggie paninis on herb focaccia bread. Tasty and inexpensive. The interior could use a makeover. We ate outside.

It took about 10 mins to make my sandwich and it was definitely worth It! It was so delicious! Had the Meat-a-ball with a beer and it was way better then I thought it would be! I will be back.

The Gardener Panini was delicious: fresh and flavorful ingredients in a crusty Herb Focaccia! The service was great, and I enjoyed the old-fashioned background music and relaxing environment.

I tried them for the first time in the beginning of the summer. It sounds and looks really good,l, and when I got my food I was impressed with how it looked but it tasted like gasoline.
