This bk is a disgrace, when I tried to apply, the hiring manager said she didnt like me so she cant hire me what a joke. Today i went to buy food, my 4 year old daughter gaged as she went to bite her fries and found hair tangled thru her fries. So all in all they are unprofessional, unsanitary, and asswholes. Oh and their dining area was disgusting, the "team" is a disgrace and I hope the district manager Jamie sees this one! Cause if I worked there everything would be great . Im a team leader, not a follower but they have incompetent employees that cant do there job right that whole team needs an attitude readjustment and customer service skills thank you have a good day! I gave 1 star cause I actually got the right order this time!

The food (especially the fries) are too greasy. Its like they sit in grease all day. Their decorations are awful..part of the wallpaper is peeling..there are holes near the bathroom and in the bathroom and their curtains are not only hideous but falling apart. Thats not even including all the dead bugs in the windows and in the light thingys. Its nasty. The service is slow and rude. Its like going to McDonalds. It like a more lame McDonalds with slower people. Instead of waking up to get my food with a smiling person I dont even get a hi, how are ya. And I have to wait in line everytime. I didnt know it was so hard making a moca frappe.

I had ordered an eggnormous burrito. Part way through I started choking and not one employee or the manager came over to ask me if I was okay. Luckily, I was able to dislodge what I had been choking on myself. It was several minutes before I could stop coughing enough to use my inhaler . I have never had a problem there but it was obvious I was in distress. I think they need to relearn how to help a choking victim. I wont be going back anytime too soon.

This BK is right out of 1998 complete with pastel seats. The speed of service was good and the food tasty. It is clear that this BK needs a remodel. I guess they get away with it since they are the only fast food place aside from KFC in the area.

Boy Aaron, you are so right. But I think their wrong order rate is a lot higher. Plus, we were the only car in the drive thru and had to pull over and wait for our order.

Disappointed. Cashier rang up order incorrectly and we were told by the manager that it was because of the way we said it. She could have at least tried to make it right.
