Absolutely LOVE the thin crust pizza! Ordered a large thin crust with pepperoni and cinnamon sticks. Lets just say the cinnamon sticks never had a chance! They were so fluffy, soft, and the icing was sweet but not too over the top! The pepperoni on the pizza was extremely crispy and DELICIOUS! Its the first time Ive ever had the thin crust style before and it certainly will not be the last. The ONLY thing that prevented this review from reaching 5 stars was the price... $22 for one large pizza (which is the normal size of any other pizza places medium!) and an order of cinnamon sticks! The pizza with HALF the crust of a normal pizza from Pizza Hut... costs just as much if not more tan a half others? $15 for the pizza alone, that was extremely high and ridiculous. I felt as if I was back in NYC!

Let me start off by saying I hate these chain pizza places. There are so many locally owned pizza places, I find no need for places like this. With that being address, I was forced into going here with a friend one time. The pizza we got was soggy and limpy. Every bite, I sunk deeper into a dark depression. The pizza was not impressive at all. It was just a plain old cheese and pepperoni pizza, and it was not enjoyable. The place was very dirty and the staff was rather rude to my friends family. They even made a mistake with the order, then tried to deny it. Put it simply, I will not be retuning. If you hate chain pizza restaurants, dont go here. If you love this kind of stuff, you will have to explain to me why.

Got here at 5 had to wait for 5 minutes to get a seat. Not a big deal first, they were slammed and only had one poor waitresse. She was nice enough given her workload, but waiting 40, yes 40 minutes for our darn food is beyond ridiculous. They finally delivered the appetizers 3 minutes before we had decided we would just walk out. Never coming here again.

We have gone to this restaurant countless times over the years. Not once have we ever had poor service. a very kid friendly eat in environment with a lot of good choices and also very prompt carry out service as well. I dont live local enough to review their delivery service. Thanks Pizza Hut and to all the staff at the Concord NH location.

The kids get certificates for reading, so we go monthly during the school year. This Pizza Hut lets the certificates work on the buffet, which some franchises dont. And they always give very fair prices for our little ones. Very fun place to be. My only complaint is that the vegetarian pizzas always get eaten too quickly at the buffet.

Never had issues with pizza Hut until it comes to the one in concord. Just wanted a normal pepperoni pizza and the crust is my favorite part.. I got what looks nice but tasted absolutely awful. Literally had to throw it away.. wtf is up with the sweet crust?! Did I ask for additional crap because I didnt and you ruined my craving. Thanks.

So I order online at 9:30 pizza people never showed up past 10:30 so I called them and then they tell me they tried to call and they didnt, then they say they are out of dough. Are you kidding? Pizza is in your name. You people are ridiculous. I ordered dominos, at least they actually deliver.

Good place to get some grub! The online ordering system let me down by not actually placing the order in their system, so they gave us a significant discount to make up for the inconvenience. Good service! They really jumped on our order to get it done ASAP and get us on our way.

This is a recently remodeled Pizza Hut Bistro. as a bistro it has a much wider selection of Italian food then the usual Pizza Hut the salad bar is very good. It has a warm cozy feel to it. The staff is friendly and the place is clean
