The food was substandard and tasted old, frozen, and very low quality. I got a calzone and it tasted like it was sitting in a freezer for a while waiting to be warmed up for the next sucker. The service was friendly but it was obvious no one gives a damn about working there...cant recommend this place at all...much better choices at emporium than this place. It looks like it was once a great place but now no one cares...McDonalds would have been 100x better.

The one here in Charlestown does not have a bathroom nor an ice dispenser and the cashier is not attentive to their customers needs after spending $54.00 We asked for cups and got completely ignored and retrieved our own cups napkin holder is disgusting and hasnt been cleaned in awhile hope the food is better than the experience! Went on a recommendation of a family member.

This is the campus location, so it can get kinda crazy at times. Ive never had a wrong order, or problems with the staff at this location. The pizza and calzones are great, i recommend the 911. However, i have to rate it at only 3 stars because the prices are crazy high.

Worst service ever!!!! Over two hours to get a delivery, because driver got lost on his previous delivery! Was never offered refund or any type of compensation. The least they could have done is throw in a small pizza! Very unprofessional! Will not go there again

Great food but be advised the small pizzas are about the size of your face and you will not finish it if you go in looking for a quick snack. Cant bash the taste everything was great and their wad enough space for my whole group to sit

Staff was rude. Told me that the order I received wrong was completely right and I dont know what Im talking about. The menu also does not give specific details about whether subs come hot or cold. Would not order again

Popped in for a sandwich on my way to the train. Nice staff, moves a little on the slow side, but it was a a lazy Sunday. I was glad they were even open on a Sunday! Sandwich was tasty.

This place sucks! They have horrible service!!! Took the pizza 3 hrs to get delivered and when it finally did the order wasnt even ours!!! Never go here!
