Food was alright but they delivered the wrong appetizer. When I called into the restaurant to inquire about it the guy argued with me the entire time about how certain he was that they didnt deliver the incorrect thing, had to send them a picture of it to prove I was right and he was wrong to which he finally apologized for the inconvenience. Its bad business to argue with your customer over an $8.00 appetizer folks. Needless to say Im all set with this place and will ensure friends and family are too.

Pros: food was pretty good, online ordering is nice. Cons: Prices are quite a bit higher than others in the area. We waited almost 2 hours for delivery, and we live right down the street. When we called, the answer was "No one answered the phone when the delivery guy called." - We didnt receive a call, and no one came to our door. I wasnt aware that a delivery driver needed specific instructions to walk up to the door, anyways. We wont be ordering from this place again.

I say the same thing Worcester best pizza by far i dontknow how they do it they get it just right the crust the whole thing is light an crispy and theres always plenty of topping there never stidgy unlike everyone elses you must try them you guys are amazing keep it up and I live five minutes away and thats walking image how hard that is for me i could gain alot of wait if I dont watch and you never wait long for delivery not for me anyway;-);-)

These guys are incredibly rude...multiple times I have called and asked when they were open until and they said 2:30 am...when I showed up at 2:05am they tell me they are closed even though their "Open" sign is still lit up and they told me otherwise on the phone. ..no explanation or anything, just rudely telling me they are closed and sending me away...do not go here, Blue Jeans is much better anyway

Customer service is god awful. I called to place an order one evening and the guy who answered sucked his teeth, became inpatient and sharpe. All I asked was for a price of an item as I didnt have a menu needless to say just hung up on him and ordered else where. Havent called back since which is too bad cause the food is good but customer service is absolutely terrible NEVER AGAIN will i order here.

I have lived in the city my whole life and i have never been so satisfied with pizza than at jjs. The pizza is not just a ton of bread its mostly the topping and cheese which I like alot. I also delivered during a snow storm and there was no delay in drop of time. I would give then 10 stars if I could.

Best pizza ever. Not sure what these others are ordering. Weve always loved what we got and the one time they made an error they sent another pizza free with apologies. Always been polite to us. Nice owner, hard working staff. I wont order anywhere else since we tried them.

Fast and friendly. Great hours. The pizza crust was really bland and there was so much cheese, it wanted to just slide off. I appreciate this place though and I will be back to try other things. I really hope they improve their pizza because their hours are awesome.

I made an order on Saturday night around 2 am they took my order and told me it would be 22 mins. They never showed up we called and called and they never Came or answered. So good I didnt give these clowns my credit card info.
