Celebrating my one year anniversary with my boyfriend on Valentines Day and the service was horrible,my sushi rolls werent too bad but my boyfriend got 3 rolls done wrong and the waitress who sat us down never came back so we got another waitress who comes over once someone else brought our appetizers and starts the order all over again.She came back maybe once or twice but never asked if we liked anything,never told us what rolls were what, just kind of threw them on our table and hurried away.My boyfriend is waiting on his last rolls and the waitress comes over and puts the ticket down and I had to tell her we were still waiting on his rolls,when she finally brings them, I swear to God, BAD sushi meat nearly threw it up. Why is it that my rolls were fine, and tasty, but when it came to the very end of the service, bad or rotted fish was slipped in the hand roll? the rainbow roll was a little weird too,no fish on top. it was all on the inside. Overall, I will not be going back,EVER.

I go to this specific Ijjis at least ones every two weeks. Yes, they have made their mistakes but, they do everything they can to fix them! Ive never had bad service, never been sick because of their sushi, and never felt unwelcome. Theyre food is always fresh and delicious, Im a very picky eater so that says something! I literally refuse to go anywhere else for sushi, I bring in new people with me all the time and theyve never complained either. I HAVE NEVER ONCE EVEN SEEN BUGS IN MY FOOD OR ON THE FLOOR. I love this place and the workers to death. I wouldnt change a thing. Thank you Ijjis!!!

My favorite place to go! I only get AYCE sushi. They dont skimp on fish or over-do the rice like some AYCE places do. So far for everything else Ive tried in the Carson/Reno area Ijji has the best tasting sushi and not a bad price. Great variety, too, and they dont limit my unagi like some other places do! Only downside is sometimes they get absolutely slammed and it means long wait times and sometimes you dont get everything you ordered and have to re-order it (not really a problem with AYCE). The staff are wonderful and friendly, food is great, and I never leave hungry.

OUTSTANDING! Great food mixed with entertainment by your chef. These guys cook your food while you watch and show off their culinary skills with flaming grill and flipping utensils and knives in the air. They flip you a piece of food with the spatula and squirt some watered down Saki in your mouth. Anyone who does not wish to participate just hold their hand up and he will pass you by. The food was great! We had shrimp and fried rice for my wife and steak and brown rice for me. Done to perfection.

Hubby was craving some noodles, so we ventured out to Ijji for lunch. Although we dont eat sushi, they have a very impressive sushi menu. We ordered two of the Ijjis Noodles hibachi lunch specials which included soup and salad. The entree portions were very generous and full of tender chicken and beef. The manager brought us over a free appetizer platter since there was a slight issue getting our noodle dishes out. Overall, great food, service, and value.

Worst experience ever. Never do all you can eat here. No matter what anyone says this place wants to play tricks with you. If you like an item make sure you order it once because the second order will be something may be from a month back that they were saving for you or worse. I asked if I can do as many mussels as I want on the dinner and got yes as answer. Trust me the first serving was great but when I asked for more they just gave me crap.

We were here for teppanyaki this evening with the parents. Always a good show with dinner. Tonight we found out that there is not a standard training the chefs go through. They watch YouTube videos and incorporate other peoples show into their own. This is why the chefs shows are different each time we have gone. It makes it interesting to return. The food is always fantastic as well, whether there for sushi or teppanyaki.

Rudy was an amazing host, and I am very appreciative of the service he had given me and my family on my birthday. I find it difficult to find good customer service and it overwhelms me with joy to know it still exists in the heart of Reno. They provided a small birthday gesture, thankfully small because everyone knows how that rice bloats you. Thanks Ijji, please give my condelences to this amazing, well mannered host.

When you sit at the table everything gets out of control and you dont get what you order and when you complain they dont listen to you the owner kick me out of the restaurant because I complain and he says I can do your business because you complain last time hes not very nice to their customers are these with me for the next couple times and the Sushi wasnt that fresh I got sick next day

My sushi chef couldnt understand English well nor could he speak it, didnt give me the ginger and wasabi and couldnt understand what I was asking for. Also gave me a wrong order because he couldnt understand what I was asking for, I had to point at the menu. Asked for the check after that, took an unreasonably long time to get the check.

Always has been an amazing experience here. The owner LOVES large groups especially out of 100% of the visits i have gone. Its made for a very special moment and has me coming back every time I visit Reno. The quality of the Sushi and overall service is fantastic very much worth the wait / cost ill be seeing this place again very soon !!

A MUST stop by if youre in Reno!!! I love this place! Definitely a 5 star restaurant if you ask me. You can get appetizers, nigiri, rolls, and even dessert. The quail egg shooters are AMAZING! My favorite nigiri are the yellow tail and salmon both very fresh. The spider roll is delicious. So tasty.

I love the Japanese Steak Houses all over he states. This one has the same fun atmosphere and family friendly feel. Ive taken my teen daughters as well as a date and both times been very pleased with the service and food. PS the sushi is on my list for the next visit.

Ive looked high and low for good sushi. I live in Oregon and it makes me angry that I have to travel to Reno, NV for good sushi. I get the mountain roll every time. Their all you can eat is really a great price and even their rolls separately arent too badly priced.

Great place, this location is the best one of there 3. Prayer location needs to go and get some pointers. Ijj 2nd is always clean and the staff is very attentive. The manager always check on service. I drive the extra 6 to 7 miles . I live in Spanish springs

Wow! Great sushi and awesome service. The owner of this chain is an incredible man, I dont know how he does it, but he has my respect and admiration. The place is busy, but you can usually get in pretty fast. Birthdays are fun here and the drinks are great!
